Went to stay on 26-29 Oct. 2023. I didn't take pictures of the room but will comment on my impressions.*Type 1 is a single house that can accommodate 2 people + extra bed. (We stayed in this room) The room is spacious, clean, large bathroom, amenities are of general standards. The glass door opens wide, suitable for the view of the lawn in front of the room. The view is beautiful and shady. In front of the house there is a balcony with spacious seating.*Type 2 is 2 twin houses next to each other with 3 bedrooms, not sure how many bathrooms there are. But there is a balcony in front of the house that we can walk to each other. There is a large glass door giving a wide view of the beautiful lawn, suitable for bringing the family to stay.😊...There is a lawn in the middle here. Surrounded by houses Therefore, every room will have a pleasant view of the lawn. The surrounding area of the resort is beautiful and natural. There is a lush green rice field next to it. The kind that is right next to the resort. Another side of the resort is A small school should be for primary school children. But there was no loud noise at all. And there is a clear view of Khun Nam Nang Non Mountain (13 Wild Boars) behind the resort. When the fog floats, the mountain view is very beautiful.🤩🤩🤩🥰...This place is peaceful, quiet, private and surrounded by beautiful nature. But if you're hungry, you think of 7-11 and want to go shopping. Just drive out of the resort and don't have to worry about starving at all. Nearby the resort are many cute cafes.P.S. One day it was raining suddenly and we went out for a drive behind the resort. It is a road that villagers use to travel. We can see the mountain view clearly. What do the villagers do to grow vegetables at the foot of the mountain? It looks like people gathering together to pick vegetables. (not sure) but the view is very good, there is fog and the air is fresh. These memorable images cannot be found in Bangkok. We have captured the atmosphere for you.Definitely go again here, The Wan Resort.🥰❤🧡💛💚💙💜💙💚💛🧡❤💋

The TV in the room received only a few channels and the picture was colorless.

There are few amenities, no kettles and instant coffee in the room. The TV works but there is no signal. These are the basic things that should be available if breakfast is eliminated.But the master bedroom is considered spacious.The middle room has an extra bed with a soft spring. Uncomfortable sleep, back pain and no amenities and no air conditioning.

Spacious room, good atmosphere, lovely owner. There is fresh orange juice provided upon check-in as well. Accommodation that joins the project. We travel together too. Near Khun Nam, near Fish Cave. Anyone who comes to visit Mae Sai. Can recommend staying here.

Simple accommodation with huge rooms that are somewhat modestly equipped. But if that doesn't bother you, there's a good place to stay overnight here. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but completely okay. Gladly again.
