I stayed at this wonderful hotel for four nights with my husband and two sons (14 and 18). It was the centerpiece of our three week trip to Thailand and I would say definitely our highlight.First of all, I would like to focus on the people who work in this hotel. Of course you would expect friendly staff in a hotel of this class and Thailand is certainly a country where you generally meet a lot of very friendly people. Here we were even more impressed by how friendly ALL the employees were.I had already been in contact with Tuk (Front Office Manager) before our arrival and both the contact beforehand and during our stay was great. You feel as if every wish you express is being fulfilled. Unfortunately I couldn't remember all the names, but Music and all the other staff (reception, bar, pool, restaurant, gardener...) were also outstanding. It is an oasis of calm and extremely tasteful, furnished with attention to detail, with the elephant taking center stage.I have never visited an all-inclusive hotel of this type. You could book one activity per person per night. All of these activities were really unique - the experiences with the elephants up close (with the very nice vet), but also the boat trip, the bike ride...My son had 2 hours of Muay Thai boxing and was enthusiastic about it and the trainer (very motivated). I had a private yoga lesson that was so beautiful that tears of joy rolled down at the end (great teacher!)Even when eating, you could always choose a starter, a main course and a dessert from the very large menu. Everything is very high quality and freshly prepared. That's why it sometimes took a little longer, but that didn't bother us; we preferred freshly prepared food rather than mass-produced food.We had unforgettable days, thank you and wish the whole team all the best!
