Its a great place, its in a quiet side road, about 5 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants, the rooms are very clean and the receptionists are very friendly. The price is very fair

The strong point of this structure is certainly the location close to the Grand Bazaar night and one of the bus terminals, convenient for getting around to visit the major attractions of Chiang Rai. Too bad it doesn't offer breakfast but it does provide water, coffee, tea and biscuits. Spacious room and quiet place

The guest house is filled with lots of plants, so it is green everywhere and looks like a little oasis. The service was super friendly. We asked for a driver who could take us to different spots and wait there and were picked up straight away 20 minutes later.Two fresh bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper were provided every day. New towels were also added after 2 days.All in all, we felt very comfortable and welcome and would stay there again at any time.

Small guesthouse where I love to go when I'm in Chiang Rai, I've been going there since 2014 and I really recommend spending your stay there if you want a corner of greenery in the heart of the city.

It is located on a nice quiet street next to a bistro. It is a 3-story building, with a garden and a green area where you can have breakfast.Breakfast consists of toast and coffee.We had the second floor, the room met all the comfort conditions.The staff was very kind to let us store our backpacks after check out. Plus we forgot a shirt and they were kind enough to put it away for us.I recommend it!

Location was great and the staff were really nice. The room was okay and clean. Was quite noisy at night as we could hear loud music from far away, and noises next door and downstairs. Very worth the price for saying it’s a 2* rating though

This price is so good! ! ! The front desk staff are great and will provide suggestions and assistance on the itinerary. In the evening, you can buy food at the Chiang Rai night market and come back to eat in the atrium! ! It's very chill, there are amenities, and the room is very comfortable and big! ! I like it very much. It's just a short walk from the city center. It's very functional.

Absolutely Pathetic place. This place should close. It's a total waste of money -1. I killed a moth and a mosquito myself. ( see photos attached). When I asked the owner if they had any mosquito repellent, he was quick to say a blank No. I still some big mosquitos in the room... What a joke this place is.2. No basic tea or coffee bags in the room, no kettle3. The room looks dark, dull an depressing. No proper lighting. Very old and pathetic interior4. The window of the washroom was opened before we checked in, so no wonder why insects are in the room. Simply pathetic.5. The fridge exists but isn't wired, so one wonders what's it doing in the room.6. I requested the owner if my food, which I have, could be heated for just 2 mins. He says he can't, everything is closed by 10 pm. Maybe tomorrow he can.7. Breakfast options is just bread and coffee. I don't understand why such places are still existing8. No telephone in the room, so no room service. You need to walk and go to reception everytime for smallest of things, to talk to owner, for which he mostly says 'NO'. And mind u to get there, u need to cross atleast 10 lizards hanging over your headThis place is a disgrace.... and people please, I request you, u deserve a far better place if you are spending your money.

Baan Warabordee is a real treat! The garden above, a true paradise, welcomes you with its flowers and perfumes, providing a relaxing atmosphere from the first moment. The cleanliness is impeccable, it almost seems like a welcoming and well-kept nest. 'O staff is spectacular! Even if it's not luxurious, it has all the things you need: the rooms are welcoming, and what can you say about free water always ready? 'A real liberation 'n' 'and hot mornings. The structure is modest but welcoming, made with heart and touch and domestic warmth that makes you feel at home. So, if you are looking for a simple but full refuge and comfort, this place is the right place. Greetings to the cat.
