The staff are smiling and very welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable to sleep, quiet, close to markets and tourist attractions, convenient travel, close to the airport. The price is comfortable on the pocket. I recommend it.

Not suitable for company employees who use bills.Room fee 400 if bill +7%(28 baht)Just for bill service, do customers have to pay more??? For other parts, it is appropriate according to the price. But if Shell is coming to stay, I would like to recommend a bill elsewhere.

Older budget hotel in a rural areaI would not call this hotel a Palace at all, it's a large hotel complex with 3 buildings blocks and rooms spread over 3 floors (no elevator).Rooms are basic with AC, large fridge, TV, and dated furniture. The beds are average comfort for Thailand (aka not too hard, but also not really soft). The bathroom is bare bones but does have hot water with good pressure. Hot drinking water is available at the lobby, but no kettle in rooms.We found the room to be relatively quiet, with the occasional noise from other guest walking by or slamming their room doors.Internet is substandard, slow and frequently cuts out despite several routers being visible. We ended up having to use our mobile phone hotspot for reliable internet.The number of parking lots seem to be too few if every room is occupied.Given the low price (~400B on Agoda) it's a good value and good place to spend a night or two, just don't expect any luxury or a Palace.

Met a group of students coming to stay.Loud noise, the hotel doesn't do anythingWorking people come across something like this and feel nervous.The hotel is not..damn the noise is extremely disturbing.The child the counter said was a childDisturbing customers in other rooms. This is all you can answer.It's just a waste.This group of school childrenYou should know manners, not coming in a lot and being loud.I don't know the time.Please leave it to the hotel owner.If it is you, you have been working hard.10 p.m., walking in and out all the time, talking loudly.Are you satisfied with S.C.
