Suitable for vacation, there is no supermarket in the hotel! It is 6 kilometers away from the city. Before checking in, you can go to 7-11 to buy drinks and food and then rest in the hotel.

Nice resort, large, located in a forest/park. Beautiful interiors, gorgeous views of the mountains and forest. Very attentive and friendly staff.There is a fairly large pool + a small pool with a jacuzzi. There is a small but sufficiently equipped gym. For breakfast there is a varied and plentiful buffet, everything is very tasty.We had a deluxe room, quite large, about 100 sq m, with a large veranda balcony and sun loungers.Squirrels jump and cats stroll around the resort :)

Good resort with nature view.If you love mountain and forest, this place might just be the place for you. The hotel is slightly less than an hour drive from the Chiang rai city centre but it offers you a comfort stay with a green view.The hotel itself is quite dated, and some areas might need to be refurbished. But for the most part, it is well maintained, and the rooms have been updated and kept clean. The room itself is large and has all that you need. If you picked a mountain view suit, you can also choose between sun rise or sun set view.The service was good. We stayed in the mountain view suit, which was a bit far from the facility, but there is a pick up service which is great for elderly. Most staff are friendly and attentive. The food was good enough that we don't need to go out for dinner.There are a lot of activities you can do within the resort from petting zoo, darts, snooker, swimming pools, and nature tours.

(Long Past visited) The resort is spacious and fun to walk around. The walkway may be steep and has a lot of steps. Not suitable for those who have problems with going up and down. There is an outdoor pool with temperature adjustment as well.The room is very spacious, the view is beautiful.Good service staff

Stunning resort high in the mountains with incredible views! I was here eight years ago and upon returning to Northern Thailand I knew I wanted to come back. Excellent service from the kindest people in a place that feels far away from all the hustle of life. Very relaxing!

Went to celebrate a birthday trip. The staff saw it from the ID card when booking. Me and my girlfriend haven't made any special requests.When that day arrived, dinner was finished. The staff brought the cake to serve. When we learned this, we were very impressed and grateful. It has been 4 years and it is still an impressive event to this day.Beautiful accommodation, very spacious room for 2 people. Shady atmosphere, garden, beautiful trees, very good service. I stayed at Thai Suite Villa for 3 nights and 4 days.When I stayed in Chang Rai, it was the dry season, and the temperature was 14 degrees in the morning and 34 degrees during the day.As someone who has lived in Thailand for a long time, the coolness was a treat.It was a very relaxing stay, with no air conditioning, a good night's sleep, and a lot of reading in the shade during the day.I stayed there on a weekday, and it was very quiet, so just listening to the chirping of birds and the sounds of insects was soothing.It's a resort in the jungle, so there are a lot of fallen leaves, so it seems difficult to clean. The guest room had been renovated and was relatively new, but the only disappointing thing was that the bathtub couldn't hold hot water (it was replaced with water halfway through), which is common in local Thai hotels.Meals include Thai and Western food, but the seasoning is relatively sweet. I thought it would be very tasty if it was a little less sweet.

A great hotel, it once was. Somewhat shabby by now. On the plus side: meticulously clean and courteous staff. Two meals were fine, one disgusting. Due to low occupancy, they switched from buffet breakfast to a la carte: brilliant, less waste.
