The room is very comfortable and it is very convenient to buy food nearbyHowever, the toiletries only have soap and no shampoo or shower gel, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room price is 400 baht. It's a double bed. When you touch the mattress, you'll be shocked by the loud spring sound and the mattress is like a sleeping pond where the body reaches the bed surface. It can be changed once again. As for the warm water, we don't dare turn it on for fear of electric shock because this model should be around 30 baht. Last year when this V model was 20 years ago, all together it was enough to last.

1. The room is not soundproof at all. The sound of cars running all day and at night can't sleep. It's so loud.Not suitable for people bringing children or elderly people.2. The window in the room is just an old-style drum that doesn't close completely. Mosquitoes get in, dust gets in, and the smell of sewage pipes enters the room.3. Employees are in quarantine. When I asked if I could change rooms per day, I was hesitant, like they wouldn't let me move.4. Around the hotel there are liquor stores, bars, 7-Eleven. You have to go to PTT. There are no motorcycle taxis. The minibus waited a long time.*It's easier to call Grab or request a Berwin number. But Win will charge a pickup fee of 30 baht.

Stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights. It's definitely budget-friendly, and you get what you pay for. The cleanliness was average, One great thing is that you can easily catch a red bus to Maesai Market from the other side of the road from hotel.

Welcome and relaxing. We stayed at a lovely corner room with a big tree near the main door. There are plenty of shade during the day. We could do our laundry here and hang them in the sun.

Located next to the main road, inexpensive price. The room is clean but the water heater is not good. The TV has no sound in room 309. Everything else is good overall.

Bittersweet experience as upon arrival the girl at reception was very rude and after signing in says I need to pay 500 deposit for key 🗝️ which is a 30 bt key... I had already paid online so for those arriving be sure to have that 500 .. when I asked for a receipt that I gave her 500 she caused quite a stink over it... If you're going to make guests pay 500 at least have the courtesy to warn them prior to arrival.. what seems to have once been a really nice place now looks and feels abandoned as seems those working there have simply given up . The cottage was fine but I must say the propane gas water heater to take a shower is a bit scary.. I can see someone trying to smoke in the bathroom with a gas leak.. also the rain shower 🚿 does not heat up and the head was broken.. really a shame as I wanted to like it.. just feels depressing and forgotten

Make sure you get a room at the back, otherwise the road noise is insufferable. The cafe/restaurant was not open, though there are good food options around. And my pet peeve: when the fridge outlet is controlled by the main room switch.

Clean room, modern, compact room format. But there's only one regret. The mattress looks like an old mattress or a thin mattress, not sure. Because the spring pushes the back I don't sleep well at all.
