The room was very dirty!! There was no receptionist. But when we got the key from the neighbor we were in shock. The room was outdated but that’s fine for the price. But the mold that was everywhere was very gross and maybe dangerous. …

It's not catastrophic but it's not worth 24 dollars. The location is very good but the service is insufficient. reception is closed all morning. the rooms are shabby and the breakfast is just bad. Don't pay more than 10 dollars

Affordable, clean, and friendly service, but unfortunately there is no one at the counter until around 12 o'clock. Our flight arrived in Chiang Rai at 8 o'clock, and we wasted a lot of time waiting to check in.

The rooms are quiet, clean, good atmosphere, friendly, lovely staff. Especially the little ones who take care of the cleanliness are cute. Not far from tourist attractions, easy to travel. Room prices are not expensive. Breakfast includes tea, coffee, ovaltine, toast, and large bananas.

Small accommodation, white and clean, strong water, warm water, good mattress, a little hard, room has a window, doesn't smell musty, sleeps peacefully, very quiet, has safe parking. Not far from the Night Bazaar, walking street, convenient, 400 baht, low price. For those who want accommodation in the heart of the city, contact the hotel directly first. Might be cheaper than on the website.

The host is really friendlyHowever, it is a bit on the outskirts, so there is a convenience store nearby that takes about 15 minutes to walk (one way).The room is clean, but the soundproofing is poor and the air conditioning is weak.Still, because of the price, it is good value for money.
