Good for my trip

The first impression was good: clean places even if the bathroom needs renovation and cleaning of the shower tiles, functional AC, nice person at reception who suggests a laundry room at our request, calls to notify the lady to make sure she is always available in the evening. She even asks us for follow-up to be sure that we found it, all these posters being in Thai. We are asked for a deposit for the key, which I hate, but agree to.2 nights later: we hurt everywhere because the bed is hard and the AC seems to be controlled more or less well with the remote control in addition to blowing directly on the bed. We had water and clean towels every day. We are in a hurry in the morning to catch a flight at the airport early in the morning, no one at reception, we leave the key in the box indicated, but no one is there to return our deposit. We forget the deposit because we're in a hurry anyway. I then write them an email to find a way to recover this deposit, whether in baths or in credit for something. No response, I'm ignored. We opened the bag of clean clothes the next day, some clothes were stained with rust. In short, look more on Google for laundry services rather than their advice. In addition, it was expensive compared to elsewhere because she charged by the piece rather than by weight. The good points of the hotel were therefore the location, the welcome on arrival and the low price, but you leave with one less key deposit, the feeling that you are being ignored, stained clothes and aches for 2 days. It's hard to want to recommend this hotel. Tip: If your reception is not open 24 hours a day, skip key deposits. All we have to do is leave with your keys and if we lose it, we will pay you the deposit amount. Many hotels do without it and do very well without giving their customers the impression that they are being robbed and ignored.

The location is suitable for travelers who want to go in and out easily. As for the rooms and services, it depends on how high your goals are.

It is a hotel located near Wat Rong Suea Ten. You can see the view of the temple. The hotel is 1-2 stars, 3 floors, stairs style, has both single beds and double beds. Price received 600 baht + key deposit 200 baht. Inside the room looks good, there is a sofa, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, water machine. Warm, has air conditioning (remote control is very difficult to press), the room doesn't keep much sound at all. There was the sound of people talking outside the room and the sound of cars coming in. Most importantly, staying on the 3rd floor, the water pump works loudly all the time. When people use the water, it's very annoying. (If anyone has difficulty sleeping, tell me. So I definitely couldn't sleep.) Parking for cars is a little small, about 8-9 cars. Other than that, it's considered normal.

Good accommodation, economical price, close to temples, easy to travel.
