I recommend Dada. She is an adorable woman who loves travelers who is understanding and she also offers breakfast, meals but also scooter rental and day excursions.

Dada is a sweet heart of course. A true mom who loves taking care of her guests wholeheartedly. Well located, big clean rooms. Common guitar and pool table in living area. best Pad Thai, good motorbike prices and trustworthy. No negative comments whatsoever. Looking forward to visiting again one day :)

🇹🇭 Thailand - Chiang RaiThis is an amazing place. There has multiple options of accommodations, room with fan, room with air-con, and tent ⛺️. The accommodation rate is good. The place is very clean. They have have scooters 🛵 to rent and the rate is really good. The owner are very nice. They take care their customers as their own family. They are very helpful, and very kind. Especially, Dada is really welcome you and make you feel this place as your home while your staying.The place location is really good. ☕️🥮🥘🥗🍔🌭🍳🥙Their are so many foods booths near by, as well as local market🥦🌽🥑🥭🍇🫐🍞, as well as Lotus and 7/11 shop.I am recommend this place, Winter House Chiang Rai to everyone 💯✅❤️

Very disapointed ! The bathroom is not private, neither is the refrigerator, no equipment!The view of the mountains as promised was more of a view of another “room” with someone sleeping!We lost the key and the old lady used the language barrier to make us pay more! Very bad liver! We bought the key ring as she asked us… in short.In addition to being far from the city center, the staff was not cool. Fortunately we had two bikes loaned for free.

It is a cost-effective tent-type accommodation with a comfortable king bed in the tent room and a living room. There is a table and two chairs outside, electricity is used, and there is also a clothes hanger on the lawn. It's a bit noisy at night, but I'm so tired I don't know.It was a burden because I wanted to earn money outside of the accommodation, but I stayed cheaply for 3 nights without air conditioning on a hot day.

Owner (dada) extremely insistent in selling her services, she assures you that you will have good prices (example with slow boat or bus) but we found much better without her.Uncomfortable beds, you feel every metal spring. Shower still clogged, we wash in the rest of other people's water. Finally we gave our laundry to be washed, and I collected my 2 white swimsuits, all stained and beyond repair.Instead of compensating us, one of the employees raised his voice at us and she simply apologized over and over again. It's a shame.

Had an amazing 3 days here, Dada is an unbelievable host - helped us book the slow boat and we hired a scooter from here for 2 days which was a stress free experience.Most delicious Pad Thai I ever had - would go back just for this.A really lovely relaxing place to spend your time at in Chang Rai - lovely hammocks and tables to chill outside in

The owner is the sweetest lady taking extra care e.g. by offering free fruits and chats. Loved the tent and the green surroundings in the middle of the city. Only if you are vegetarian be aware to remind Dadda many times while she prepares a dish for you, so she doesn't forget it while cooking.

I have now stayed at Winter House on three separate trips to Chiang Rai, and every experience has been absolutely excellent. Da Da and her family are so very gracious, and their home is among the most welcoming I've ever visited. The attention to the comfort of guests is thorough, and as many others have mentioned, Da Da's meals are delicious. I always know exactly where I will stay over and over again when I travel to Chiang Rai

Dada and her family are beings of pure love and kindness, they make you feel like part of their family immediately. There is peace in the place all the timeWe sleep in the tents and they are equipped with everything, they are comfortable and the cleanliness is optimal.Their kitchen is super complete and both Dada and his family are at your service all the time to satisfy whatever you need as a traveler.They even took us to the bus terminal.1000/10I recommend everyone to go thereWe feel very grateful to have met this people

We loved our stay at Winter House. Dada is a love. We stayed in the tent and in the room. Both were excellent. Try the pad thai, it really was one of the best in 3 months in Thailand.

It's close to the city center, but it takes 15-30 minutes to walk anywhere.The female owner (DADA) is friendly and very kind.Rental bike is 300 baht per day.

Everything is incredible Dadda, the lady who runs the house is an incredible person, and she has always treated us great, and she also cooks spectacular food. They have motorcycle rentals, good 150 motorcycles that don't cause any problems.We didn't know what to see and he told us everything that was around, and even on the day we left he took us to the bus station.A lovely time, we loved our stay.

Dada and his family are probably the best people we have encountered on our trip through Thailand. The food is a 10, the service is a 10 and the accommodation is certainly not the best but with the hospitality they have you wouldn't even realize it. They have also rented us some fantastic motorcycles that unfortunately we scraped a little when we fell due to the gravel in one of the towns and the rain. Despite the incident, they continued to treat us with the same kindness and we reached a satisfactory agreement for both parties. Totally recommended, we hope to return one day!!!
