We came over spontaneously and stayed one night. The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and the room and bed were perfect for a reasonable price.

Mountain village hotel room quiet and with crystal air. Nothing more to ask for...but! I was absolutely astonished to find crispy clean bed sheets and towels in the room for around 270 thb. Seriously, I dunno how they manage to do it! The morning market was a great experience and the location is just awesome with parking space and some cafes and 7/11 around. Thank you for the service for such little money

Fall in love with the scent of Doi Mae Salong And I really love this place to stay. Every time I go, I feel warm every time. Seeing the owner's uncle made me feel like I was visiting my father. Very warm ❤️😍

The first ever guest acommodation in Mae Salong, dates back to 1970 as seen on photo. Very basic but historic place. It is right next to Little Home Guesthouse and morning market.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. There is a kettle but no fridge. Parking security needs to be improved - I had some things stolen from my bicycle which was parked and locked next to reception.

I booked a small cottage - no complaints about the room or the cleanliness but there is no small fridge. What spoilt my stay was that I left my bicycle with two locks on it about five metres from reception (where the girl on reception said to put it) but the next morning all the small bike bags had been opened and a pump, inner tube and front light had been stolen. The manager was very apologetic and, in fact, when he went through the CCTV footage we saw the guy taking the items but there is no overnight security guard so do not leave anything of value on your bicycle or motorcycle.

Come stay alone, like a single person, easily. Shared bathroom, hot water is very strong, I like it. Close to the road, close to the market, cool - late at night, can be a bit noisy. Before going to bed, close the window. The sound will be a little quieter and you can sleep comfortably. A soft mattress and pillow, priced at less than 300.-, would recommend.

Very good value for money !We stayed at the guesthouse. The location in Mae Salong is perfect! The rooms are small and very simple but the bedding is very comfortable. The showers and toilets are shared, it is very clean. The only drawback is the noise, which is why I only give it 4/5. The rooms are not soundproofed at all so you can hear the noise from the road and the room neighbors.I am posting a photo of the songthaew schedules connecting Mae Salong to Mae Chan (02/2024). The songthaews leave directly from Shine Sane Guesthouse towards Mae Chan!
