The best place I’ve ever stayed at. Wonderful views and amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff, we could even shower after checkout before departing in the afternoon.

Amazing place. Clean house, has everything you need. Wonderful view. Very friendly staff, nice people. Breakfast has a good selection of fruit and brewed coffee. A hotel for those invigorated in body and spirit. We walked calmly several times a day and were glad that we could get a small load on our buttocks. Healthy body, beautiful view, not noisy. Nice public space. The house and the grounds smell good. Well-groomed, clean area. Pleasant stay experience. We had a great time, thank you.

I don't understand the bad comments, certainly the hotel is far from the center but if you take a hotel 15 minutes walk away you have to walk (the path is a bit uneven).Apart from that the room was very good, far from everything we read as comments. No mold or anything. There are indeed a few Geckos that come to the walls but at the same time it's difficult to do otherwise and it's really not disturbing.Breakfast is not bad.Possibility of renting kayaks but the manager is not open to negotiation (rather go to the beach in the center you will get better prices).As for the comments about the noise from nightclubs, the hotel is not responsible, remember to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise, personally I was able to sleep without worries.

Ice and the team are amazing! The team will collect you from the ferry but it’s only a 10 minute walk from the boat. Book direct to save the booking fees. Free breakfast!

The room as ok, clean but it's easy to enter insects. The coffee-break is one order per person. The food is good but nothing more. The access to the hotel is very dificult, far from the heart of the island and many steps to reach the hotel. The view from the coffee-break lounge is beautiful.

Rooms are quite basic and you can hear the beach music until the early hours so it depends what you're there for and if this will affect your experience 😊

Maybe unfortunate timing, however, with it being dry season, we were told ONE HOUR before checking in that there was limited water access. This meant that water was only available between 7-9 am and 6-8 pm.This is something you really should not have to worry about on a holiday especially in such a hot place.Bungalows were lacking sound proofing which made it tough to sleep but this could be the case across the rest of the island.Our bags were collected on arrival to the port but disappointingly at checkout we were not helped despite being told we would. It is difficult when backpacking as it is a 20-30 min walk to the port on uneven paths.Staff were friendly for the most part and helpful to answer any questions, but I felt they really could have done much more to accommodate and make up for the water situation. They were stingy when asked about drinking water and I was offered one bottle per day of ‘good quality’ water and towels only two were in the room so it was a constant effort to have to ask everyday after the beach for fresh ones. As previously noted, not great on holiday when trying to relax.Overall, a lovely view but the customer experience and general cleanliness let it down!

I recommend this hotel for the view and just for the viewAccess is very very very complicated, uneven terrain, full of waste of all kinds.The rooms are not cleaned during the stay.The rooms are dirty, the sheets stained…The staff is very welcoming.Breakfast is simple (4 choices) but very good and sufficient.

Far from the main part of town with uphill sections both ways and no transportation options because it's back alley footpaths to get there. Rude staff whos dog peed on my luggage at check in and they laughed amongst themselves thinking I hadn't noticed. Poor amenities, musty bathrooms, dirty mattress, and loud from parties across the bay. Key card for AC so the room gets hot every time you leave.

Do not stay here in the dry season. We had no water and it was awful. No way to flush the toilet; not even a bucket of water was provided. The walk up is difficult and would be worth the view but the room was boiling hot and the water issue really spoiled our trip to Phi Phi. We couldn't sleep because of the clubs playing music below, but I think that's a reality all over the island.

To flee ! We had to spend 3 nights, we left on the first and are still waiting for a refund for the nights not spent.Accommodation difficult to access, dirty (mold in the shower, stains on the sheets and on the headboard, various insects: cockroach, lizard, slugs)The view is superb except when you look down...The ground in front of the bungalows is littered with rubbish and there are septic tanks right at the foot of the bungalows with the smell that follows as soon as someone uses the toilets!A nightclub which is on the beach but a 15-minute walk away makes the bungalow vibrate to the rhythm of the bass.Difficult to understand the positive reviews, unless they stay until the nightclub closes and are too drunk to see the place in which they fall asleep...

What to start with …Reservation for 3 nights, we left the bungalow after one night first thing in the morning…That the road from the center is long, complicated and littered with waste is still okay (the luggage carriers are very nice), the view is beautiful... but the rest...1- old and very poorly maintained bungalow2- mold in the bathroom and drainage which flows directly under the bungalow which leaves room for insects to easily come up through the shower3- door that does not close correctly, opening below on the ribs and above, insects and others can pass through very easily4- cockroaches in the bedroom / slug in the shower / lizard on the wall in the middle of the night5 - stained sheets6 - although far from the center there is unbearable noise until 3 a.m., it is clearly Ibiza in the bungalow which trembles to the sound of the basesIf you are not a clubber who comes home torn at 4 a.m. after 10 buckets of vodka... or a friend of flora and fauna who adores little creatures... pass your turn!

A very nice place with very welcoming staff who do their best to help us. A person was waiting for us at the bottom of the island to collect our bags and direct us to the hotel. The view is breathtaking. I really don't understand the negative opinions about the establishment, when you take a hotel 15 minutes walk from the port yes you have to walk 15 minutes nice deduction. thanks again

One of the best resort of my trip. |The view on the bay is just wonderful. All of the staff is really kind and very professional. The access is not of the easier but they pick up our luggage so that’s just very nice to walk close to the see|I will come back for sure thank’s a lot ♥️♥️

We were very disappointed with this accommodation because we unfortunately got one of the worst bungalows. The other bungalows would have all had a better view.Negative:- Long and tiring walk to the resort- Very remote, but you can still hear the party noise relatively loudly- Actually the staff should have picked us up from the pier and carried the luggage. However, we didn't see anyone, so we carried the backpacks ourselves. Wouldn't be so bad, but on the way back it wasn't offered to us again- Bungalow very small- Didn't have a TV (but it said so in the description)- We were very unlucky with our bungalow and had a bad view (you can see in the photos)Positive:- Staff was friendly- Nice view from reception
