Good bed with not soft mattress but overall cleanness of room is low with dust on all surfaces. Not very hot leaking shower.We got laundry service for 100 baht.The place has worst value for money ratio based on last 2 weeks travel experience in northern Thailand.

Old place. Not very well maintained. Prices are high (900/ night). Our bathroom had a lingering odor, water heater was not very effective, and overall cleanliness was not up to standard.

Warm, friendly, the owner is kind and takes care of you like family.The view of rice fields and mountains is very refreshing.Got to soak in the hot springs too, very comfortable.It's worth more than the price.
