We are a contracting company.Having an urgent need to go to work in Phuket, driving from Bangkok to Phuket around midnight with a team of 9 people, and due to a limited budget, luckily I met Hero Phuket who helped open a room for service late at night. The owner is kind, considerate, and kind to them. We are very If anyone is looking for an inexpensive room, I recommend it. Above all, it is the service mind and kindness of the owner that you will find like this. It's quite difficult.If there is a chance to work, go to Phuket again. We will definitely use the service here.

Stayed here for 1 night as a sleepover from the airport. Absolutely incredible service, free water and coffee, such lovely people to greet you. The room itself was nice, basic but for the price it was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would 100% recommend

Hero and his family is a precious resource in our world.This is not only a place where you can rent a room and have services (like taxi to the airport) but also a really nice environment of kindness and sharing in a not trafficated road but very close to everything.I was in a difficult situation and they helped me and shared spaces even if the place was fully booked.Hero became also a friend, like his father, with which I had warm chats.

We were only there for one night, so it's a bit hard to judge. The room was clean, we were given water and towels. The only downside is the smell. Immediately after entering the hotel, you can feel the condensed smell of an old person, like at your grandmother's house, only much worse 😅. Fortunately, you don't feel it in the rooms anymore

very very good people and excellent human quality. It is not even close to the prettiest hotel in the area but I can assure you that people like this cannot be found anywhere. very willing to help and a giant heart. In addition to a room, they gave us a home with food, water and good company. very close to the airport. They let us shower at 4 in the afternoon before our flight even though we had already checked out. Very good people, if I returned to Phucket I would definitely return. Thank you dad hero and his family!

Very lovely people, stayed only one night before flying... 6 minutes from the airport and they can take you there for a small fee! Clean rooms and quiet location. Bit of a walk ( +/- 10 minutes ) to get to restaurants but in this quiet neighborhood, it's not a big deal at all !
