Small, pleasant, quiet hotel. Good welcome. Simple, good breakfast, prepared to order, not always easy to understand everything. Our room/studio was very good, clean. Willing to reserve scooters for us and organize our trips. You definitely need a means of transportation.

Amazing place incredible value. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, amazing staff, and breakfast is included. They even have bikes on the property to go for a bike ride any time of day. Thank you very much to the nice lady who helped us book our early morning taxi to the airport:)

Nice hotel with few rooms away from the noise of the city. The receptionist is lovely and reserved the scooters for us which were delivered to the hotel. The city center (bus station, night market) is still 2 km away, not an easy walk.

This is a review after staying for 3 days and 2 nights from 2023/12/19 to 2023/12/21.Advantages1. Affordable price with breakfast included.2. Quiet location, and rooms.3. The rooms are generally clean and well-equipped.4. A simple but edible breakfast, and a generous dessert.5. Friendly hotel staff, although they don't speak English well.6. If you wish, the hotel can help you rent a motorcycle. However, you must check which company brings it from you.disadvantage1. Inconvenient location for hikers.2. Travelers with heavy luggage will have difficulty getting up and down from the second floor rooms.3. It is difficult to find the access road to the accommodation at night.Chiang Rai's downtown area is not as large as Chiang Mai, so even though it is near the downtown area, it is not very noisy late at night. Nevertheless, I think it's a good place if you want clean and quiet accommodation. Because it is a bit far from the downtown area, it is recommended for those who rent a motorcycle and travel around Chiang Rai. Although I only stayed for 2 nights, I think it's okay to make a reservation that includes breakfast, as the main menu changes even if it's only a small breakfast.

Perfect. We stayed 3 nights and the service, the room and the breakfast were 10. The first day we arrived a little later than the scheduled time, we told them about it via chat and they waited for us without any problems. On the last day our flight left early and they prepared a super breakfast to take away. The room was very clean and spacious, and at night you can't hear anything. Thank you very much for your treatment and attention :)

Nam, the receptionist, is spectacularly good! It has helped us manage everything we have needed (a change of bus, getting a car with a driver for one day, motorcycles for the next...). Without a doubt the best attention we have ever received. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and airy and the breakfast is good and complete. We would repeat without hesitation.Nam you are the best!

This hotel is such a nice play to stay !We've stayed there for a week and we definitely recommend it !Room is big, bright and comfy ! Bathroom is amazing!Location is on point ! Food market close, and just next to the hotel is an old airport track which is nice for a good walk and sunset spot !Staff was really lovely and caring!For breaky you have one choice of (delicious) savoury main (thai breaky) but also a small buffet of cereals, drinks, bread and spreads.Everything was perfect and it made our stay even more gorgeous! Thank you!
