Rooms not clean, maintenance not up to date, loose fittings in room,door handle loose, air conditioning noisy and not very cold , no hot water jug to make coffee, very weak wi fi, pool did not look clean have not seen filter working at all, lot of traffic noise from busy highway out front,if you want a quiet, clean place this is not it !!!the only good thing is check out and not come back!

I can sleep when I sleep. I asked the younger person who was waiting to receive customers if there was a double bed. The younger person replied that the room was full and there was only one room left, which was a single bed. But when I woke up this morning, there was only one room. Why would I lie and tell the customers that they were all traveling? Sigh!!

Check in, wait a long time, no one to watch, 3 rooms open, musty smell, no ventilation fan. The air conditioner is not very cold, there are no tables, the only good thing is that it is cheap.

Very good location, next to the main road, heading towards Mae Sai District. The staff provide good service, are foreigners but are professional. The rooms are good, the air conditioning is cool, the balcony behind the room is forged with steel. Definitely safe, with a view of rice fields, good pillows, beds, blankets, easy to fall asleep, deep sleep, hair dryer provided, cable TV, wifi, refrigerator, there is a small swimming pool in front.

The receptionist is good. But it should be easy to contact after midnight if you want to enter your room. A little difficult to contact But the employee called before midnight to call. because the door will be closed But I called and didn't answer. If mom and dad aren't in the residence, they can't enter. But overall, it's considered acceptable.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, cheap, and there are amenities in the rooms. There is a swimming pool available. The pool is not deep and should be suitable for children. Parking in front of the accommodation is convenient. When sleeping, you may hear a car break down..
