Went there in November. I thought it was fixed. There were other customers who were also affected. It was strange. I had to ask for a refund through the app myself. The hotel conditions were horrible. A good cemetery. Don't put yourself at risk. And I'd like to warn people who come to read this. Don't stay here. It's better to go somewhere more expensive. Don't want to post pictures or you won't be able to accept them.

When entering the accommodation, they said that the hotel had been impersonated. from the price reserved in the app Over four hundred baht But when we arrived at the accommodation, we said In the booking, it's not from the hotel, the room price has been raised from 400. It's 800 baht per night. The staff is terrible. They say they provide 24 hour assistance, but when there's a problem, they call and say they're asleep. Plus, I got thrown around and there were no employees in the lobby at night. There is no safety at all. Breakfast is nowhere near as lonely as a cemetery. Overall, it's very bad. It's possible to go stay somewhere else. Another thing is that there were 2 families of customers who booked through the app like they were going on a trip and then reserved a hotel. When they arrived, there was no staff in the lobby, so they called the number posted in the lobby. In conclusion, the phone was turned off because they were going to sleep. It's good that we didn't pay through the app, but 2 families who came paid through the app and one family got their money back. But another family didn't get their money back and wasted their money. In conclusion, they had to find another hotel to sleep in. During the New Year period, almost every hotel was full. Instead of coming back from traveling to be able to sleep and rest, it turned out that The employee turned off the machine and ran away because he couldn't sleep at check-in and had to find another place to sleep.

Hotel decided not to honor my reservation while I was trying to check in at the front desk. The front desk lady/owner lied about never receiving my reservation from the app that I had made the reservation weeks ago. In fact she just cancelled right after I arrive the hotel; I later confirmed this with the app that I had made the reservation. She became extremely rude and she called several male staff from the hotel and started threaten me. They acted like gangsters and yelled racial slurs, and the male staff looked like were getting ready to get physical. My friend and I had to run away for our safety. Stay away from this hotel at all cost...

Don't reserve on the app. You've already reserved and paid. When we arrived we couldn't stay, had to pay in cash, had to contact and ask for a refund, wasting time. It's better to find a hotel in the city center.

My comment was deleted? Aren’t consumers allowed to speak out about their experiences? On December 15, 2023, the order we booked and successfully paid online was rejected by the hotel on the grounds that it did not receive the platform order and asked us to contact the platform for a refund. We did so without saying anything, but when we contacted the platform and waited for processing, we were violently driven away by the hotel, and the hotel front desk used very insulting language towards us. We called the police, but learned from the police that the hotel was lying. They just felt that the sales price on the platform was lower than expected, so they were unwilling to admit the order. During this time the hotel yelled at us and made a series of ridiculous accusations in an attempt to shift the blame onto us. They claimed that check-in was not allowed after 21:00, but at the same time they accused us of sitting in the lobby and disturbing other customers. Check in, etc. Very bad and horrible attitude!
