The rooms are clean, have fans and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has a water heater. There is soap and shampoo provided. There is a microwave and hot water bottle available in the common area. There is food (order from a store outside and it will be delivered for free). Drinking water and Mama Cups are available for sale. In the morning there is coffee and snacks for guests. The common area can be picked up by yourself. There are 2 free bottles of drinking water in the room. There is a large parking space behind the room. The owner of the room is very hospitable. The price is not expensive, it is very worth coming to stay.
