Small guest house in residential area, very close to Big CWe stayed for a few nights and liked some things about this guesthouse and think a few things could be improved - some without much effort.Let's start with the highlights: the location is excellent for Big-C south Chiang Rai, it's literally next door. There are two categories of rooms, we stayed in the cheaper one; facing east. The bed was very comfortable, clean room, big fridge, and fast Wifi.Free coffee is available at the small kitchen next to the lobby, toast is provided throughout the morning. There is also a toaster and microwave, plates and cutlery for guest use.The lady owner is very friendly.What we thought could be improved: there is very little furniture in the room, no nightstand on either side of the bed, no proper chair, and just a little ledge to put down a few things besides laying them on the floor. There is no proper space to place a laptop. A nightstand and small side board would make a lot of difference already.We found the AC to be quite loud, not the unit inside of the room but the compressor outside. Since we stayed in the cool time of the year, we did not need AC much. It would be a big plus if there were insect screens on the windows to get fresh cool air at night but keep the bugs outside.The downstairs rooms have their private parking spot right in front of the room. Limited parking is available for the other rooms, access is through a very narrow alley.

Currently staying at this hotel. Excellent value. The building is quite new looking, everything is clean, Joy, the manager is delightful, helpful, kind and friendly. She speaks English. I highly recommend this budget hotel.

The room is clean, very convenient, behind Big C. Next to the mall, right at the back door, you can walk into the mall, convenient to buy things.Big rooms, inexpensive price, complete equipment. Both water heaters, air conditioners, and refrigerators from the accommodation are a short drive away, not more than 4-20 kilometers away, including Ban Dam, Wat Rong Khun, and Wat Huai Pla Kang. Wat Rong Suea Ten, Wat Phra Kaew, Rai Singh (opposite Big C is also central, very convenient.
