Very bad, the first and only time. The outside of the hotel looks nice. But I didn't think that the inside was really bad. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. The pipe bathroom smells really bad. Loud noise, not soundproof There's only good things about the atmosphere, the rest is a full 10, all deductions are negative. The staff knew that there was a children's tour group coming to eat breakfast. I don't know about the riverside boat. The staff didn't tell me how they had seats when we got there. They had reserved seats before. It probably should have been told from the beginning so it wouldn't happen.

The room is dirty and moldy. Worst for long stay. Things are very old, if broken, they dont bother to change or rectify. No hot water, you have to open the shower for minutes to get warm water, which indeed is a waste of water. No washing machines or drinking water filters for long term stay. The review i can see are totally for the atmosphere or the facilities which are part of the university (swiming pool, Gym, Atmosphere) not the hotel itself. I strongly suggest not to stay here.

I wasn't impressed from the time I checked in. Arrived at around 13.50, just 10 minutes later, the staff still hadn't given me the key. I had to wait until 14.00 only. It was strange, it was like the room was full and there were so many people staying there that there was no room available. (But I overheard the housekeeper saying that the room was finished.) When we arrived at the room, the condition was very damaged, the walls were swollen in many places. The room was humid and musty. Because the furniture in the room is all wood, it stinks, can't sleep, and especially the bathroom. There was black fungus all over the room. Will the mushrooms grow? The water heater was not warm, very cold. The staff said that the water heater was a combined boiler so it might not be warm. You have to open and wait for a while. This place can be opened and waited for ten minutes. It's as cold as ever, with no sign of warming up. The weather is cold. Who can bathe? So, in conclusion, I checked out. Throw away the room fee. I really can't stay. Consider it a lesson.
