Really enjoyed the stay there it was beautiful night beds are wicked to sleep in , and it's peaceful, just be aware there stairs to walk up but don't let worry you. Because it worth it, thank you ka breakfast was nice too

The room is nice. The location is far away from the main points of Chiang Rai. Hard to reach the room since there is a steep and long stone stair.

We should have chosen more carefully. The location may be ok if you have transport, but it's in the middle of nowhere (no 7-11 for a long way) if not, tho this might be a benefit to people who want peace and quiet. There's no pool, so daytime entertainment will be limited to not much.Rooms looked clean, but shower only like warm, and the 'selling point' was the bath on the veranda... Which again only had Luke warm water.Some nice cats, and the chap on reception was helpful, but we decided against staying. Also grab seems to have the wrong location for it, we got one there and one back and they both couldn't find it.Also loads and loads of stairs.TV had netflix and YouTube which was good.Not much of a view from the room we got.There's plenty of real 4&5* hotels for much the same price in chang rai if you venture out of the centre a little.

It is a little way out, and to get to the room, you will need to ascend about 30-40 steps, which is a little difficult with luggages. The rooms is nice , with a good view of the surrounding. There are no facilities.

The balcony where we soaked in the tub was full of leaves, so we knew there were some leaves that had come to rest, so we didn't bother to clean them up. The smell of dust filled the room. There is no air purifier.

We wanted to book 2 nights at this hotel. The owner asked us for a security deposit of half the amount (we have stayed in many accommodations in Thailand and none required this). When we asked a Thai friend to make the deposit for us, the owner asked her for the full amount and made her believe that the amount for the room was per person! Which was not at all what he had told us at the start and was not the price displayed on reservation sites like Booking either! Given the dishonesty of this person we obviously did not go there. But this bad experience will at least have had the advantage of introducing us to a MAGNIFICENT hotel (cheaper too!!): The Pan Kled Villa Eco Hill Resort. And if you want to stay in the rice fields, another superb accommodation that we had the pleasure of discovering: Snail time farmstay.A big thank you to the owner of the White House for trying to scam us, without him we would never have discovered these 2 accommodations which made us enjoy our stay in Chiang Rai!

Almost everything is good. The only thing lacking is the lack of fresh coffee available. Otherwise, full 5 stars, you have to drive down the hill to find fresh coffee to drink outside. It is recommended to bring fresh coffee with you if you are a person who only drinks fresh coffee.
