Adorable hosts! The town doesn't have much interest (apart from the night food market), but the place is very pretty and quiet, in a tropical garden, and the hosts take great care. Nice encounters due to a place very little frequented by tourists.

I was on my way to Doi Mae Salong and missed the bus so I decided to stay here 1 day. I ended up staying here 2 days because I loved it so much. I have traveled around Thailand for 4 months, southeast Asia, backpacked Europe and have stayed in countless hostels. This hostel is up there as one of my favorites. Once you walk through the gate, you enter a beautiful relaxed garden atmosphere that made all of my travel stress melt away. There are flowers, butterflies, a beautiful well that was one of two wells in the village many years ago. But what sets this hostel apart is the owner Meo. She speaks perfect english, is really interesting/fun to talk to, and she does the little things that make you feel at home. Both days she left out local food and breakfast for me to have free of charge, she lets you borrow a bike and ride around the city, and she makes really good movie recommendations (ask her what her primary career is). If you want to get away from the big touristy places, relax, and get to know an authentic small city , I highly recommend staying here.
