Excellent place to stay in Koh Lanta. Right on Long Beach Beach which is perfect for enjoying a swim and beautiful sunsets.We were going to stay four nights and extended our stay by a week.In low season very good prices and the bungalows are perfect, with air conditioning and refrigerator!It has a bar-restaurant right next door that offers good food and delicious juices at good prices.

The rooms are old and very dirty, there isn't even a hot water kettle. The rooms are not suitable for the price, musty, the water heater is broken. Being the first resort to stay in gives a very bad feeling, a waste of money.

We had a bungalow at the back of the complex. The bungalow was spacious and usable for us as a couple + child (5). Room service if desired. No hammock. We had booked breakfast. This consisted of eggs in different variations, toasted wholemeal bread, jam, butter, coffee or tea, and juice. Other things can be ordered, but they cost.Beach within walking distance. Lots of people 60+ on the beach. Long beach, little shade, few restaurants. Unfortunately not ideal for snorkeling. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of jellyfish during our travel time.Everything you need is at the top of the street. Tuktuks, restaurants, ATM, mini market, travel agency and much more.We left early and unfortunately didn't get a refund. If we hadn't booked through booking it would probably look different.

The room is clean quiet and comfortable good quiet AC. Very affordable, the whole is a clear 5. The calm, the proximity to the beach, a good restaurant with a fantastic staff. The help we received from the hotel staff with excursions and the possibility of renting a moped for a cheap price. A big thank you to everyone who works there and helped make our trip what it was, a dream holiday.

A magnificent location, 50 m from the sea. Beautiful Long Beach. Unfortunately, the bungalows are very expensive around 2500 baths for a dilapidated state, it is not a resort.No kettle in the room, bathrooms with rising odors and an extraordinary electrical system which fried my phone charger. To travel to Koh Lanta often, I do not recommend this establishment.

Smaller resort almost directly on the beach, spacious rooms, furnishings "Thai style": simple but clean, a little old fashioned, but that doesn't matter. Air conditioning and hot water!

The room we booked was supposed to be beachfront and we didn’t have the room we booked. This one was completely different from the booking description and photographs… Not honest.It was not very clean but fortunately the bed was very comfy and the room quiet and close to the beach and busy area

Bungalows were a good size, for two people with a lot of luggage.The team was friendly and any concerns were dealt with quickly.Got new toilet paper and two bottles of water every day.

The interest of the place is the proximity to the beach, and the sea view for most of the bungalows. Be careful, the layout of the surrounding area is quite basic, and it can quickly become muddy during rainy periods.

Unfortunately not recommended, even if the price is rather cheap.- Air conditioning rattled and was defective from the second night onwards. At the reception they promised that someone would take care of it, but something only happened after repeated inquiries.- Bungalows run down and dirty. Open cables on the wall, leaking toilet, chipped tiles,- Towels and sheets very worn and full of holes- Mattress is old and you can feel the springs through it- Geckos and cockroaches walk in and out as the entrance door has a 2cm gap at the top.- Shower water simply flows through a hole in the floor under the bungalow- the sea view booked is actually the view of the back of the beach barOf course the accommodation was very cheap and we didn't expect much, but that doesn't justify such conditions.In 4 weeks in Thailand and 10 accommodations, unfortunately the worst accommodation we had.

It is in a quiet area and the beach in front is very good. The rooms are spacious but they are not clean, the toilet has not been cleaned in weeks, neither has the sink.

We stayed there almost 1 week. The staff is very kind. 2 minutes from the sea and beach bars. The rooms are large, with air conditioning, nice bathroom with hot water.I recommend.

This is the first time that I have posted a negative review on Google, because I am convinced that all establishments are allowed to make mistakes.If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so.We checked in, paid for the room for 4 nights, then discovered the room.I'll let you discover for yourself the condition of the premises in the photos: mold, dirt, ants, and so on... dirt is omnipresent throughout the resort.It's not really serious, I explain it to them and I book another hotel straight away, requesting the cancellation and reimbursement of my reservation.They offered me an upgrade but I really don't want to stay: apart from the bar on the beach which is very nice, the place really sucks and I explain it to them calmly.For them it’s upgrade or nothing. The refusal is disingenuous, I receive a refusal email while I am in front of them at reception.A word of advice: go your own way.
