Please correct me. It says pets allowed, but when I called to ask, they said pets are not allowed. It's good to call and ask before booking online.

Book through Agoda Note to check inlet Because I was in a hotel with 24-hour reception, when I arrived I called all the 5 numbers that were posted in front of me. No one answered. When someone answered, they said the hotel was full. We spoke very nicely. That it might be my booking because I have a booking number. The employee said that if someone is going to sleep, there will be a note. How do we know what a tea note is? Explain that we have a booking number. How can the room be full? We reserved 2 rooms. The staff said the rooms were full. Talking in a really unattractive way even though we're not talking is not good at all. In the end, the employee said that he would call me back. It is now 10.15 the next day. Still haven't called, not okay at all.

The price seems reasonable, but I feel disappointed.There's no elevator, so it's not easy to carry your luggage.The location is a bit far from the main beach.It's a good location for people who don't like loud noise or crowds.It is also a good location for hailing a shared vehicle.Cleanliness is pretty good, the room is spacious and the bed is in good condition.The view wasn't anything to look forward to, but it was nice to be able to sleep quietly at night.Since there may be mosquitoes, it would be good to have a mosquito repellent that plugs into the electric plug.The staff was very friendly, which was nice, but there was only one person there.Pick-up service is not providedThe bathroom floor may not drain well, which can be inconvenient.

A nice, quiet place to stay that's close enough to the action, but far enough for some peace and quiet. Aircon was good, nice balcony in room 303. Minor issue of drain not draining fast and shower doesn't have hot water, but as it was hot, it wasn't an issue. Also they don't clean room unless you put the sign out to make room. Overall good value for money. 525THB Per night.

Stayed for one night and was ideal for what we needed, however, we stayed on the top floor and the hotel didn't have a lift so was inconvenient to walk up the stairs with the heat.

Honestly for the price we paid it was a marvelous experience. The room has nice AC and it also holds the temperature very well unlike most places here in Thailand. The staff is super super friendly, from early check in to organizing transport to the airport, keeping our luggage even after we checked out and great english so communication was simple. Free drinking (cold) water and coffee in the hall. 30min walk from the beach which is not too far plus it is far enough from the center so the prices are normal in nearby restaurants (pad thai for example 60-70bht compared to 100-150 in the center. 10/10 would recommend to everyone, especially young couples who need a break from the hostels and wonky beach bungalows.

I went down to reception to extend it for one night and ask the employee at the counter for the price. She gives me a price and I realize that the price offered by Agoda and Booking is cheaper. When I tell him about it, the room is available. The employee runs to the computer to pull up room availability on all platforms. I think about her action, she denies it. Strangely, a few minutes later, the rooms were available again but at a higher price, the one she told me orally. No compassion and professionalism towards its customers (I had been in the hotel for 4 days already).Also, very old bathroom, persistent smell. The air conditioning at 16 is not the most refreshing. Also, there was a rain storm, the bathroom was flooded because everything on the ceiling was badly blocked.
