I love the old charm of this heritage hotel. The lift is old, the door uses lock and key. The switches are antique, but the aircon is cold. The bed is firm, the pillows are quite flat. But the whole place is super clean and functions perfectly, and the rooms and corridors are huge. You'll not get a hotel like this in other places. The old charm adds a unique experience to your travels. Location is right smack in Krabi town with many eateries around. I'll come back again because I've an old soul.

It's a simple hotel, the rooms are clean and big enough.Shampoo, shower gel and soap are available free of charge in the modern bathroom.The location is great, there are restaurants with various international cuisines in the center around the hotel.Service staff is nice and courteous. There is a refrigerator at the reception where drinks are sold for a moderate price.500 Bath/night a fair price, we will book here again

-On the first day, a winged cockroach came out of the bathroom, we changed our room. On the second day, we had the same insect on our bedside table and it jumped into my hand. This time we asked them to refund the money for that night and leave the hotel, but they did not. We hurriedly left the hotel in the middle of the night and found a clean hotel for the same price.-No service, no understanding of customer satisfaction. They need to work harder to learn business management. What they do now is only about making money.-The beds are very hard-They put the blanket between two sheets, not on the duvet cover, and laid it on the bed.-The rooms are dirty- Sheets are torn and stained-I would never choose again-If you want to see huge winged cockroaches, choose this hotel!
