Dirty, bordering on unsanitary? Shower mat (shared) not changed for several days, dirty hallway. Room that smells bad but ultimately there are mattresses which are cool. On the other hand, it is very well located, 2 minutes walk from the beach! Not minimal comfort but enough to sleep...

Jinda Guesthouse is in a prime location near Ao Nang Beach only 3 min walk. The room is spacious wih bathroom and big window,no TV, they don't provide any bottle of water. The deck provides very nice view for the sea.
Cleanliness is so-so. I found some underwear of the previous guest.

The main issue here is the level of cleanliness. I’m by no means a clean freak but I felt uncomfortable seeing how much dirt/grime/hair etc there was around the building. We were there for 4 days and it didn’t look like any of the floors or bathrooms had been cleaned during this time - including what looked like someblood on the corridor floor which was there from the day we checked in!? The room itself was ok. Location great for the beach, food, live music and local tours etc - very convenient! Staff on welcome desk unfortunately not very warm or friendly. Has potential but needs a lot of improvement!

Jinda will always have a special place in my heart. Location is unbeatable, staff super helpful and kind. Ao Nang wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for Jinda!

When I went to check in, they informed me that it had been canceled by sending me an email from Agoda. I went to check in around 2pm and received an email at 1:40pm. After wandering around nearby, I finally found another accommodation. They seem to be overbooking often, so be careful!

Awful service by the staff and host . rooms are like a jail only location is a plus point.you can stay same price but around 1 km far. very good hostels and bungalows around here

Disappointing experience. Booked 3 nights on Agoda for the New Year. When we arrived to the accommodation, they told us they are fully booked and could not accommodate us. Basically they overbooked the hotel and left us on the streets for New Years Eve.. They didn't even seem to care. The lady at the reception barely spoke any English, the only thing she could say was "I don't know, it's my boss". We argued with both the boss on the phone and Agoda, for almost 7 hours, neither one of them couldn't find us another accommodation. Not to mention, everything was full. In the end, we found a hostel, where they had 2 beds for our dates and checked in there. But we were very disappointed with the attitude they showed us, total lack of care and 0 sympathy.. and if they tend to overbook the place, I find them also unreliable.. wouldn't recommend at all

Awful service service by the staff and host. After a long and an expensive travel, we got turned away due to overbooking. We didn’t receive any help or apologies and instead were left without an accommodation for New Years and everywhere else is now fully booked. Spoke to the owner about a refund and got hanged up on, only after calling back they told me to contact Agoda instead. As we waited for our taxi, we overheard a couple complaining about their refund problems with them as well. Very unhelpful and moody staff. I suggest finding another hotel, if you can.

We only slept here as a transit place and that was fine for 1 night. We came from the airport and went to Railay Beach the next morning. It is located right opposite the boat ticket shop and the air conditioning worked very well! Furthermore, it is really basic: bed, shower, toilet and sink.

Great location, few min walk to Ao Nang beach. Lots of restaurants cafe around. Fair prices. Clean room. No fridge in the room. No shampoo or body wash provided. No coffee or kettle in the room.
