Reserved a room through Agoda. Stayed on the 28th. Called the hotel to inform of the arrival time but the call didn't come through. When we arrived at the accommodation in the evening, there was not a single employee. The hotel was dark like an abandoned hotel. The room fee has been deducted from the card. Who is responsible for this? It's very bad. Where can I complain?

Feeling very disappointed with the stay The parking lot was infested with rats and was used to dry clothes. The walkway into the dark room felt haunting.The room is quite old, the balcony is not clean.

Not good at all. The room doesn't match the cover. It's like a motel. There were so many drunks walking in and out that it was scary. The room is very musty.

Will continue to stay but request to change rooms. They refused to change it. The water flow was very slow. We continued our stay and didn't give us any water. We were sick. We ordered food to be delivered in front of the elevator, but it didn't work. The hotel owner Hurriedly came out and said Went out in front of the door and didn't let him in. Too callous. Stayed only once and finished when I came to clean. Throwing things away too. Organizing things is a mess. I'm also a hotel owner.

The room is spacious and old.The bathroom is dirty, the toilet flushes high, there is a smell of cigarettes in the ventilation system. The drain pipe is small. The water was not able to drain properly when taking a shower. The shower water is very light.small screen tvWelcoming ok

It is an old hotel but has been renovated. The mattresses are in usable condition and the rooms are. It's enough to get a very good price.
