The staff speak well, give good advice, and talk friendlyly. The place is easy to find, convenient, next to the main road, the food is ok. The amusement park must be understood because during the time of our visit there has been renovation, but it's ok. The prices for Thai people can travel inexpensively.

Water should be improved. The water is quite dirty to very dirty.There is a rule to shower before entering the pool, but the water at the shower spot does not flow outside or in the bathroom. The bathroom is not very clean, the drinks are quite expensive. The player service is not very good. Some improvements, some water is not clean. There is garbage floating in the pool including sacks, plastic bags, water bottles, etc.🥹

The worst I've ever been to a water park. 180 where there's nothing at all. The situation is thought to have been abandoned. The water in the pool is very dirty! Who will come and think carefully? Better go somewhere else. It's a pity that I didn't look at the reviews carefully first.

Stayed on March 9th. The room was not cleaned. The room had a lot of dust and mosquitoes. We were unable to change rooms because the room was full because there was a wedding. The area in front of the walkway was dusty and not cleaned. Breakfast is served at the restaurant, not buffet style. Asking for more is quite difficult. The place is big, has a water park, not very clean, the water is very green. It's a lot of work because there's a forest next to it. I'd like to focus more on cleanliness in the rooms. The room is beautiful but not clean.

Went here today as in the previous review. The water was very dirty and the water park was not fully open. There are many pools, but only 2 - 3 pools can be played. The word "playable" means there is water in the pool. If I could walk in and see the condition first, I would never play. There is only one vowel that you have to remember to play. and there was only water in the astragalus. Children's corns too. It will slide down if you don't catch it carefully. There might be a dangerous injury. Both cleanliness and readiness to open the water park should be improved. There is no one to take care of us, there is no gat, but the service staff are good and talk sweetly.

Very clean place. Stuff and owner are so friendly and nice. Aqua park is so fun and rooms are very tidy and shiny. Location is central. One of the best place in Trang.

The water park is not very clean. Various devices are not fully operational.It may have been a weekday but we had reserved a room in advance. If the water park is not available for all services, customers should be notified in advance.I come from another province and intend to take the children to play in the water. Having to give up a room priced at 3,400 baht and open a hotel in the city for children to play in clean water would be even better. I'm not impressed when I see this.P.S. The employees speak well and provide good service. But the water park should improve.
