Employees, aunts, or counter staff have bad manners, poor service, some words used inappropriately towards customers, very bad. Customer service should be improved. The worst thing I've encountered is running away to another school.

First time traveling to Trang, very disappointed with the service of this hotel. Stayed for 1 night and will extend for another day. Called to inform the hotel owner or not, not sure. At 11 o'clock, I was very sleepy and almost didn't want to get up, so I traveled back in the morning.Requesting an extension of the room but having to ask the customer to pay before noon, which means otherwise they will be fined if it's past noon. Why don't you tell the customer the account number to transfer now? What era is this? And if you can transfer, why do you have to walk down to pay before noon? I'm confused. In conclusion, I don't get to sleep, I don't have to continue, I'm done with moving hotels. I don't want too many reviews, I want everyone to come and meet the auntie herself. If she hasn't improved her communication with customers, we'll probably see many more. The reviews that followed were very bad.

Clean rooms, good prices, sufficient parking. Maybe a bit on the outside. But if you have a car, it's comfortable. Entering the city is very easy. Restaurants in this area are okay.

The room is good but the staff speak badly and are very arrogant and don't listen to customers. They keep the place full all the time. I don't recommend patronizing it at all. #Don't fall for it. If you don't want to get upset, go to the green school across the street.

Stay here and feel at ease and safe. You can feel the care. In the rooms in the first building (called the old building) there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee + cookies, hair dryer, and clothes rack. It is considered more equipped than other accommodations with the same price. The housekeeper makes the room nice and clean. Attentive service sufficient parking orderly In fact, I don't want to review it. I want to keep a good place to stay. Because we have urgent work, we can't make reservations in time. It's difficult. The seniors who accept reservations have to provide support. Thank you for coming here.

Trang's new economic line accommodation has 2 buildings. The first building is suitable for elderly people and wheelchairs. Because there is a ramp going up the building and the bathroom is designed to have a shower seat as well.Another building in the back next to the canal has 4 floors and has an elevator. The room size is okay. The bed arrangement and space design are very cute. There are tables by the window looking out onto the canal behind and a balcony for enjoying the outdoor air.There are many plug-in points. As far as can be seen, there are 8 points ready to plug in, not including the ones already plugged in to connect the TV and satellite box. As for wifi, anyone's room can use only that room. The bathroom is ok. The water from the shower is strong. Importantly, it's not just the rooms that are clean. The surrounding area was clean because the housekeeper could be seen sweeping. Pick up the trash for a while. Clean the bathroom When compared to the price, it is considered very cheap with the room and view that you stayed in.Went to Kuang at the end of July. Recently, the owner is building an additional waterfall for guests to enjoy.This is not a hotel or guest house, but a place that feels like staying at a relative's house in another province. and is a relative who has a room for friends and siblings to sleep in with peace of mind when visiting Trang.

The room is comfortable but not soundproof. People walking can still hear it.Spacious, convenient parkingP.S. Stayed for 2 nights and didn't let the housekeeper clean the 2nd day.But it would be great to leave some drinking water for customers. because I asked for a maid in the morning I was informed that I couldn't give it on different days. So I ended up having to walk down to buy it.

Went to stay here for the second time. Cheap, clean, comfortable to sleep, not chaotic, lots of parking. Sleeping in the back building, listening to the sound of water in the canal, very enjoyable.The pillows here are a little low. Recommended for people who like to sleep with high pillows.
