Simply great and heavenly. The beach bungalows right on the beach are beautiful. The reef is great for snorkeling with healthy corals in the deeper water at the edge of the reef and lots of colorful fish. The breakfast is sufficient. You could offer more fresh fruit.

Honestly, we didn't book this resort given the negative reviews. But since our initial resort (the Reef) closed without even notifying us they put us up here in a very nice bungalow. In front you have your two sunbeds and the beach, a beautiful sea. You are surrounded by nature and silence. The young guys, always with a smile and ready to satisfy your every need, especially Matee (I who don't eat meat and spicy meat has always found me alternatives). The only advice I can give is to review the menu, but otherwise it was a great discovery!

Attention: although the hotel advertises that cancellation is free of charge, it does not refund the amount of one night's stay (excessive by Thai standards). There are significantly better offers on this island, where the service is also good. This procedure even falls under fraud and legal action is now being taken!

A very nice facility with hard-working staff on a fantastically beautiful island. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, it's not as beautiful as at first glance. We had the Luxury Beach Front Bungalows 15 and 16 for 4 nights. There was no hot water in the 15 the whole time, and this couldn't be fixed even after asking. Furniture of poor quality, cheap veneer that sometimes swells, floors that are poorly laid. There was mold in the bathroom on room 16 on the ceiling (it was removed following a complaint), but there was also a film of mold on the side of the bed and tiles, which I then wiped away myself. No mosquito nets in the bungalows (we killed around 30 mosquitoes on the first night).Dirty children's chairs, dirt on the breakfast buffet and in the refrigerator next to the buffet. Hygiene in the kitchen is typically Thai, we would have expected a higher standard for the money.The area is kept clean, most of the other resorts were closed and the beach areas there were completely dirty. The other side of the island in particular (Sunset Beach) was a complete garbage dump.Breakfast was ok with an omelet and pankake station, toast, sausages, cereal, but not very variedSince it was low season, the selection at dinner wasn't very large.Positive: great reef for snorkeling on the doorstep, nice staff, canoes/stand-up boats can be rented for free, air conditioning

Beautiful location on the quiet part of the island. Bounty island feeling. House reef on your doorstep for snorkeling. Bungalows directly on the beach. Food is good and good price ratio. A downside is that the beach is only cleaned up to the restaurant and beyond that you are out of luck.

Luxurious hotel without swimming pool. But the beach is enough! She is incredible. The view is breathtaking. The rooms are luxurious in a modern style, very good bedding. Impeccable cleanliness. The transfer and excursion service is very interesting financially and incredible in quality. We did the excursion on a long private boat for 5 hours with snorkeling and the Emerald Cave for less than a 30-hour excursion from Koh Lanta!The breakfast buffet is varied.The restaurant is very beautiful with a beautiful view but the dishes are expensive and not very good. In addition, the hotel lends fins, masks and snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks free of charge. You can do quality snorkeling directly from the hotel.

Going to stay 6-8/April/67 at a luxury hotel on Koh Kradan. Quiet, very private, no chaos, no boats parked to interfere. Spacious new bedroom Every room is next to the beach on Koh Kradan, which has a long beach.âąïļ The room, pillows, blankets are clean, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom is fully equipped. But the room key is broken and cannot be locked. The employee couldn't find a new one. So it wasn't locked ð bedroom bathroom floor The employee uses wax or some kind of liquid to rub it. Makes the floor sticky and sticky to your feet. May need to edit ððThe beach during high tide from morning to afternoon is very beautiful. Standard bungalow with beach view. Unfortunately we don't have a detached bungalow, so it's a bit noisy. Rooms equipped with all the necessary. A bit limited storage space. The great location makes up for this. Sea view from the room. Short walk to the beautiful beach. In our opinion, the Mali Resort has the best location on Koh Kradan.For a 4 star resort the breakfast is very poor. There is, for example. no butter or margarine. Pan cake and eggs are freshly prepared.

The resort is an absolute dream. The beach right in front of the door, turquoise water and friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient. There was fresh fruit, omelette, pancake and other things. We would recommend it without reservation

The room was great with a sea view. AC was not cool enough for this hot weather.Very UNHAPPY & WORST experienced from the restaurant service - overcooked burnt chicken wings with explanation âit was a chefâs recipeâ !! Seriously ?!?!

Some people may find my criticism too petty. But we paid 12,000 THB per night and I expect a completely different standard than in 1,000 THB accommodations. In Mali Kradan the price/performance ratio is not good at all.The staff is friendly but not particularly attentive. Communication is often difficult. Breakfast could have more choice and be refilled more attentively. Cheese, pineapple, bananas, coffee machine: all no longer there. Breakfast is only available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Reception is only open from 10:30 a.m.When we moved into our room, brown water first came out of the tap. The washed towels sometimes smelled of sweat.We had booked and confirmed transport to the airport in Trang 2 months in advance. But we didn't know anything about it when we left.The restaurant is relatively expensive and the portions are not particularly large.In the final bill I had to pay 2 bills that were booked into our room 2 days before(!) our arrival. Something like this shouldn't happen. Especially not twice.It was very nice that snorkeling equipment, standup paddleboards and kayaks could be used free of charge.Again: All very annoying when you pay 12,000 THB per night. I expect much more for that.

The hotel is really top in every respect. From the arrival or the pick-up service to the rooms, which are really high quality and clean, to the food and the really great and courteous service staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel.Thanks for the nice time!

Arriving in Thailand for the fifth year in a row, I only learned about this island this year. The island is truly paradise. Soft sand, birch water, beautiful beach.If we talk about the Mail resort itself, then in terms of the bungalows everything is beautiful, quite clean, and comfortable. But with the service staff, it's just "hard".The staff is on their own wavelength, smiling at everyone, but it is not possible to communicate normally with them due to not knowing English.For unknown reasons, every evening around 10 pm, the entire island loses electricity for a couple of minutes.The restaurant at Mail Resort is a separate issue. We tried to eat there for two days, and each time we encountered negligent service. First, after choosing an order, it turned out that there was no meat, no cheese, i.e. in fact, part of the menu immediately drops out. Twice in a row, having accepted the order, in the end they simply forgot to bring half of it. They bring it separately, and with such a gap that in the end one has already eaten everything, and the second is still waiting for the dish.After one such visit, the next day the wife lay in the bungalow all day with an upset stomach.Then we ate at another establishment on the island.To summarize - the place is chic, beautiful, but because of the staff, it greatly lowers the level of this place, and the cost is too high for such service. If you put an adequate businessman in this place, who fires all the slackers, and puts in adequate people who want and know how to work, then this place may get even more âstarsâ, and you will want to come back here.

Reserve a room directly with the resort, stay 7-9 March, for two nights (19000 baht). When we arrived at the resort, we were informed that the accommodation booking for us was in the wrong month. The reservation was made for us in April ð
so we stayed at Mali Resort for just 1 night. (The resort upgraded the room) and was able to find accommodation elsewhere at Seven Seas Resort, which we had to accept. go to rest without will If not, then there is no place to stay. You have to understand us as well. We are a family of 4 people, father, mother and children because we have already chosen and searched for information. No matter how much the accommodation costs, I'm willing to pay. When we arrived, they came back and told us to reserve for the wrong month. I felt very bad. At that time, they compensated us by giving us a 20% discount on food (we only ate there for one meal, which was lunch while waiting to check in) We do not claim any compensation. We just hope Koh Kradan, the beach is ranked among the most beautiful places to stay, our favorite accommodations, how do you work to make customers suffer? ð It's the most disappointing feeling. The accommodation is good, beautiful, we like it, but we don't get to stay as we want. Or because we are Thai But we have money to pay.

I am amazed by such negative criticism about this Resort.During our 4-day stay we stayed in a breeze bungalow (which I highly recommend) in an excellent position, sheltered from the few boats that coast the island. The cabin was spotless with an exceptional visit. You practically have a private beach in front of the bungalow, with two very comfortable sunbeds available.Ok, certainly the service can be improved (starting from the offer and quality of the food), but the very young kids were fantastic, always available and smiling. Well done, good, good.P.S. If you are looking for resorts with room service and free massages you have to spend âŽ1000 per night and go to the Maldives. Mali is a luxury resort, it is not a 5âïļS, which will not make you miss anything, on the contrary you will fall in love with the splendid beach and your private bungalow.
