The rooms here are spacious and very clean and very reasonably priced. I stayed for a week in a fan room. I was initially worried by the lack of mosquito net, but this wasn't a problem - no mozzies in the room and I kept my window open most of the time. Very quiet, but really close to all the bars and restaurants of Pra Ae and 5 minutes walk from beautiful Long Beach and sunset cocktails at the Sanctuary bar. The host is friendly and helpful and also provides a laundry service.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights. Situated up a dusty track . 3 little attached units on a residential site all without A/C ( 1 unit separate with a/c but more expensive ) Nice size rooms and clean but basic . These rooms however are extremely hot and only have wall fans and we had to ask for an additional fan so they really need A/C . Also some noise from neighbouring families/ kids but generally quiet at night . 5 minutes walk across road to nearest beach, which is lovely ( long beach) There’s also a good old 7-eleven and a few bars and restaurants you can walk to, so pretty well situated.

We had a nice stay in the simple house. We were welcome by our host with happiness. We enjoyed her food in the restaurant near by and used the laundry service. The house is small and clean. There is a ventilator which cooled us down. We would come back again. Thank you so much!!

Very friendly owner. The location is really good, to long beach just 5 mins walk in front. The room has basic cooking kit, super good value for the price. There are a lot good restaurants/cafe/711/... near by.
