English language belowThis is the most disgusting place my husband and I have ever been to. It all started with the fact that we were moved into a disgustingly dirty villa. It was in such a state that it seemed like no one had ever cleaned it. Dirty glass, the floor was covered in sand, there was complete devastation all around, garbage was literally strewn everywhere. The pool was so disgusting that I didn’t even want to go near it: the road to it was covered in dirt and the remains of construction. Breakfast was simply terrible: old food and staff that can hardly be called adequate - I have never seen such stupid people anywhere. When I complained about the dirt, they just stood there and laughed like idiots.After we declared that our villa was just a dirty dump, we were finally moved. And then a new stage of our “adventure” began. Before moving us, they spent a lot of time checking the water, and as it turned out later, it was not in vain - the water in this house was broken, and we were flooded at night. No compensation was offered. We were moved to a smaller villa, which was also dirty, but at least not as bad as the first one. When I asked if we would be refunded the difference in price for the smaller villa, I was told no because it had a “better view” despite being smaller.No one warned us about problems with water, and at night when we were flooded, there was no one at the reception. At 6 am - no one, at 8 am - no one. We removed the water ourselves. Finally, at 9 a.m., at least someone showed up, and only then did the plumber arrive and begin fixing the water. The kettle in the room did not work, nor did the hairdryer. When we complained, the staff again just stood there and laughed like idiots.When we arrived on the island, we were supposed to be met at the pier, but there was no one there. We tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp and were told that they were waiting for us near Burger King. Naturally, there was no one there, and only after half an hour of waiting a man emerged from somewhere and took us to the hotel.This hole is the worst place we've ever been to. If you are going here, look at the map and choose any other hotel nearby - even with fewer stars. We were supposed to be picked up at the pier when we arrived, but no one was there. After texting the reception through WhatsApp, they said someone was waiting for us near Burger King.

There is privacy, next to the beach, in the evening the sunset is very beautiful.

The atmosphere is very good. Suitable for resting Receptionist provides good service.

A little paradise. Exceptional view, friendly staff. Two possible beaches for swimming. The rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is about one kilometer from Tonsai Pier, suitable for people who like quiet.

Room is ok but the Bathroom is not well kept. Poor illumination, one window was broken, the faucets were dirty and tarnished
