I think it has a few stars left over. If you think that this is a resort like those in the Caribbean, you are wrong. The breakfast buffet is tiny, bad coffee, ants in the pastries and bread. Lunch and dinner is a la carte, with prices quite expensive for what they offer. The pool is quite good, the staff is friendly although they don't speak much English.

Good hotel, good service, clean room, but the housekeeper knocked on the door 2 times, the first time at 9:30, we opened and said sorry. I think I'm going back. Round 2, episode 10:30. We open up and say, aren't we going back? Everyone else has gone back. Even though I checked out at noon. Housekeeping behavior should be improved urgently.

The rating of this hotel is terrible.I went with an all-inclusive package for 3 days and I spent the 3 days even arguing about water. They don't know what a T.I. is.I had contracted a Deluxe room and they gave me a shitty room with the hot water faucet in the shower broken, without being able to shower until 1 in the morning, and after 3 different people came to see the key, they gave me another room that was the same. to the previous one but with cockroach included. The staff has no idea about hospitality nor does they know English, nor do they want to know anything. The Spa was closed for renovations, the pool bar was also closed, all the facilities that you can supposedly enjoy at the hotel were closed. In short a shit hotel

The hotel is definitely not the stars it claims to be. We paid for an all-inclusive that only included a few more drinks than the full board. Here is the photo they gave me at the same hotel. One of the nights, the cook went home at 9pm, when the service ends at 10pm. So we were left without half the service. They try to charge you for drinks that are already included in the all-inclusive. The pool bar, not available. The spa. Under renovation. The entertainment room, not available. They offer a service that they cannot provide. At breakfast, ants ran around the trays of breads and rolls. We have had a terrible experience.

We stayed here in a family room a year ago and really liked the hotel. That's why we decided to stay there again. But this time there was a strong smell of mold in almost all the rooms. It was simply impossible to be there. Polite staff helped you choose the most suitable room. Also, this time, the Internet worked very poorly. Otherwise the hotel is good, especially the family rooms. Great breakfast and location.
