Stayed daily for 10 days. The room was beautiful, clean, and the mattress was ok. There are extremely convenient items, including a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioner, and various items. Strong water can be used as you like. When we are lazy to clean up our room, we leave the key with the housekeeper and let the housekeeper clean it for us. Every time I walked out of the room the maid would ask, Will you clean it today? We like this because we are people who like to make our rooms messy. But deducted 1 star. Because there is no lump sum payment. It must be difficult to walk down the stairs to pay every day. Moreover, I talked to the dorm owner's uncle that if he stays for 10 days he will give a 10% discount. But on the day he actually left, he was quiet haha. This is okay, no matter what, because we think this price is the best value, so we don't have any complaints because staying here is very comfortable.

The room is terrible, very scary, very old, the bathroom smells like pipes. The bathroom lights don't work, the air conditioner isn't cool, the TV doesn't work. The refrigerator was unusable, there was a lot of dust, the floor was very stained. The room is not clean at all.The bed had a hole in the middle, couldn't sleep at all. From the hearts of those who had just been here, they thought it was close to Ubon Ratchathani University so they booked, but the condition of the reservation and the real thing were very different. Very bad.

People who will come to stay on a monthly basis What you have to prepare yourself for is The room is not soundproof. Even a sneeze could be heard throughout the building. loud noise If it's difficult to sleep, you won't be able to stay awake. Almost the entire building was leaking. Whether in the bathroom The balconies had water dripping all the time (without having to rain). The beds weren't sturdy, I could only sleep on them. Unable to do any activities. Overall, this price and this quality of life is terrible. You have to stay for the full 3 months or else the deposit will be taken away.
