I came because I heard there was a forest of trees only here. I was told to get a modern room or higher, so I did. I think it was absolutely outstanding. Although the sun was shining, I was really thankful for the abundant shade. There were a lot of fish swimming around in the sea right in front. Breakfast is simple.If I come to Phi Phi Island again, I will stay here.

The best place to stay in long beach. You should definitely choose the rooms facing the sea, otherwise I don't think it's worth it. The food is ok but the service and attention is what definitely stands out in this hotel.

The rooms, beach, and massages were great here - truly felt so relaxing and like a slice of paradise. However the food at the restaurant made all of us sick and the workers at the restaurant were not the friendliest. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful in booking things. Also be careful - there are sea urchins on the rocks in the protected beach!WARNING: I got hookworm from this beach! Likely from the stray dogs and cats at this resort

Although breakfast was only available until 10.00 in the morning, we went there at 9.20 and the breakfast was over. Even though we told them we could take the leftovers, no one was interested, they were very indifferent. I do not recommend this hotel, you may get angry. We stayed in room 702 and the sea taxi does not come to the hotel in the evening. You walk for 10 minutes in the forest at night under difficult conditions. If you want to go to the center, it becomes more expensive with taxi fares.

A paradise on earth! I stayed in the seafront houses with covered bathrooms, the rooms are really large and more than well equipped. Outside the room there is a small veranda with two sun loungers... then immediately the beautiful beach of Long Beach! The view is unparalleled! The restaurant offers a lot of choice of dishes at affordable prices. There is also a very useful massage service, for example, when it rains. I highly recommend it, I had a wonderful experience!

1. location 📍The location is very bad, it’s the most inconvenient location in Phi Phi and if you want to get out of this place you have to pay for the boat 🚢, it means if you want to do anything at downtown you have to pay 💸200 a day (both ways), if you come back in evening it will be even more expensive.2. Natural environment 🏝️🏊The beach looks beautiful, but actually it’s very dangerous , there’s lot of rocks 🪨that are very very sharp 🩸, they are under the water and you have to check every second when you walk to avoid getting injured. It’s not a comfortable or safe place to swim in the area.BTW there is a lot of trash in this beach. 🗑️3. RoomThe vibe inside the room is cheap. We payed around 41$/ 38€ a night, this is what we get.Every furniture in the room is very old and the door can’t even open properly ( you have to use you body bang the door, my boyfriend even didn’t experience that kind of men power from me, but the door did it) 🎳AC is old and loud and it’s not functioning properly🥵🥵🥵☎️They don’t have direct line ( telephone) in the room, you have to walk to the front desk.4. Convenience stores💸They don’t have that many products here and it’s way more expensive than normal prices.5. Restaurant🧑🍳👎🏻Foods are bad and expensive, it’s not worth it to eat and there is not many restaurants or options in the area, they don’t know how to cook .-But if you’re looking for a 🫥peaceful, isolated place, maybe it will suit you!!!🤞🏻Without the people, bar, activities, food.-And as you can see, they reply to ex-customers, they will improve from many months and years ago, but they didn’t change anything.it’s like a scum. It’s looking good outside, but miserable inside, if you still insist to bang this scum go ahead! 🦅👉🏻🐤But I’m gonna leave🧳,good luck with that! ☘️And I will never come back!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos on their website are completely misleading.This is false advertising.Here are the major problems I encountered:1. **No swimming pool:**- The photo of the swimming pool that they put on their website comes from another establishment to which we do not have access. In reality, we are staying in bungalows which certainly do not deserve more than 2 stars, and not the 3 stars advertised.2. **Dirty and uncomfortable rooms:**- The rooms were dirty with ants found on the bed on several occasions. The sheets and towels had stains and appeared unwashed.- you have to push with your strong foot to open the door.- The bathroom is tiny and does not match the photos at all. It is mentioned not to use too much water and to take express showers, which is strange for a so-called 3 star.- the socket in the bathroom only works if the bathroom light is on, so super practical for charging your phone and saving energy :-(3. **Unfriendly staff:**- The hotel employees are rude and seem sad, which does not help improve the atmosphere. They were indifferent to our complaints and made no effort to improve our stay.We complained to Agoda on the first evening, but apparently the establishment has not responded to the request even now after the 4th day.4. **Limited air conditioning:**- The air conditioning cannot be turned on when you leave the room, which is very uncomfortable, especially in a hot and humid climate like Thailand.5. **Expensive and dangerous transportation:**- Boats to reach the island cost 100 baht per person per trip during the day, or 200 baht for a round trip. In the evening, prices rise to 150 baht per person, which quickly becomes expensive. And what of course is not mentioned. You are entitled to free transfers on arrival and departure, however.- For those who want to enjoy Koh Phi Phi's nightlife, rates increase to 250 baht per person after 11 p.m. It's a scam that you have to put up with because it's the only way to reach the hotel.- Boats are dangerous: you have to climb a ladder into the sea without any safety. A member of our group seriously injured his head while getting into one of these boats following a slip. Bleed a lot and monitoring was required. Additionally, there is often no ladder to go down and you have to jump into the sea on your own.Be careful with your belongings because, while trying to help us, the bag with all our passports got soaked in water. As well as a portable battery that is ruined.Some carriers do not have a license to dock, so they cannot extend the ladder and you have to jump far from the edge.6. **Inconsistencies and scams:**- The mention of not using too much water and taking express showers in a tiny bathroom is totally incongruous for a supposedly 3-star hotel.- When talking to other residents, they were also very disappointed with this hotel. Some expressed the same frustrations about cleanliness, service and hidden costs.7. **Wasted frame:**- Despite the magnificent setting, it must be said, the hotel fails to offer an experience that matches it. The potential of the place is wasted by poor management and poor service.This hotel should be avoided, unfortunately, despite the magnificent setting which allows them to keep these two stars.

Great place. We stayed in the older style bungalows which are a bit dated to be honest. Breakfast was very sad unfortunately as well as the food. To be charged 350 for breakfast was in my opinion not worth it as the food consisted of ham, eggs, salad some Thai food and a selection of fruit and pastries. We did eat one night at the resort but again wasn't impressed with the food. There were lots of staff members who were very helpful especially with mum getting on and off the longtail boat. I would stay here again but bring my own food.

Keep in mind a water taxi fee from the port to the hotel when booking. Hotel offers complimentary one way to the port but getting to the hotel, you need cash.The beach connected to the hotel is breathtaking. Absolutely amazing views.The breakfast is also pretty good considering some other reviews. Everything was made pretty well and there were numerous options in the buffet.The service is very mediocre - staff are not friendly or welcoming.The room is not clean - stains on the bedsheets, holes in the wall, washroom really gives a a dirty smell/look.The AC was also not working despite all doors and windows and curtains closed.I wouldn’t stay at this resort again. Staying in Phuket and doing a day trip to Phiphi would be more ideal in my opinion.

Highly recommend this exquisite location. The captivating view is absolutely splendid, with its expansive beaches and crystal-clear waters. The ambiance here is remarkably tranquil, offering a serene atmosphere free from any disturbances, akin to the peacefulness of the coastline.Accessing this marvelous destination is incredibly convenient, just a short 10-minute journey from Phi Phi Pier. Additionally, passenger boats are readily available for hotel transfers, with the added bonus of complimentary services. However, should you desire to explore the opposite side, also offer passenger boats for virtual hire. The cost for the boat is 100 baht per person, allowing you to reserve a long-tail boat for a mesmerizing tour of the stunning islands. You simply cannot afford to miss this extraordinary opportunity.

This I guess the only property in the entire Phi Phi Island which is nearest to the beach. Beach front rooms were great and with an amazing view. However the beach is not a private beach in front of the rooms so many outsiders come and can block your view. Worst part is if these group of people makes noise or talks loudly in front of your rooms then it becomes quite disturbing. Although in the evening and early morning it was quiet but in the afternoon it was very noisy with certain group of people talking loudly. I hope the hotel makes some policy or put some signboard for people outsiders to be make less noise or not to talk loudly. Hotel staff were great barring few whom I guess needs more training. Food specially the morning breakfast was not bad considering the money paid however they lack a good chef who can make taste little better. Salmon steak at the restaurant for dinner was amazing. One of the best salmon quality I had and would highly recommend you if you are a salmon lover simple yet tasty. Washrooms were huge and had a huge wardrobe. The front beach area of the room does not give access to swim very far since they have water boats coming hence it’s guarded so it becomes quite noisy during peak time while you are going for a swim. This property can be a great place to stay if they fix these small things.

The +: pretty beach in front of the hotel (even if constant noise from the boat taxi engines), decent breakfastThe -: the staff seems constantly sad....At reception there is no smile and pretends not to understand English.The quality of service in this hotel leaves something to be desired: we passed through the hotel for an excursion around the islands of Phi phi but it was the worst of all our excursions overall. If our boat captain could have abandoned us on an island he would have done so. Only there to take your money, nothing more, nothing less. Disappointed. To flee.The rooms are dirty as said in previous comments. Stains on the sheets on arrival, floor not clean, bathroom ditto.Nauseabond smell in a bungalow.... We realized that just behind it was the hotel's open-air dump... Closed by simple jail doors and padlocked... Refusal by the hotel to do anything.... This is unacceptable...In short, not a pleasant experience.

The +: the location by the water and the very pleasant masseuses.The -: really very unprofessional staff (especially at reception) and unfriendly. The staff speaks very little English so it is difficult to be understood.The baby cot costs 500B/day (€12.5) which is relatively excessive when in most hotels it is offered free of charge.The cleaning is not great, there were still cut nails on the bedside table when we arrived. Furthermore, there is a constant bad smell in the bathroom.The food is very average for the price and they take advantage of everything to charge you like a drink with ice cubes. Breakfast is passable.Very regrettable the absence of deckchairs on the beach, only plastic chairs, half of which are broken.Finally, I advise you not to go through the hotel to take a boat taxi, they take advantage of this to charge you more than what is written on the signs at the entrance to the hotel and all excuses are good (sea conditions, the fact that there are only two of you). The best thing is to go to the right of the beach where it says “taxi boat”. 100B/person during the day and 150B/person in the evening, always check the price before leaving.In short, the hotel is not at all worthy of the price paid, I do not recommend it at all!
