The hotel is good, the rooms are good but the dryer stops every two minutes, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise, some switches don't work, the air conditioning doesn't let you turn it up more than 25 degrees.When you entered the hotel, the receptionists looked away so as not to say hello. We got caught in the rain one day and they didn't offer us towels when we entered, they stayed looking and talking to each other while laughing.Restaurant; Much to be desired, small dishes and lack of service, they were on the phone and we had to get up so they could take our orders. In short, quality-price is good, but to have a 4-star rating it has a lot to be desired. There is no gym and they don't turn on the pool lights at night.

If you want to stay briefly in Krabi Town, this hotel is in good hands. I had a corner suite room. Very quiet. Bed was great. WiFi rather slow but ok. Breakfast was also ok. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away. There are many long-tail boats on the river promenade that invite you to take a trip. I didn't book a taxi to the airport for 500 THB. If you walk a little further after the night market there is a small ticket stand that offers excursions and taxis to the airport. For a minivan you pay 120 THB

The room was very dusty, there was one kind of dust insect in the room which means the room wasn’t clean for some time. There were broken glass pieces found in the corner of the side table meaning they did not do deep or proper cleaning after each vacant. The dust in the hanging lamp beside the bed is very obvious. Our stay was for 4 days and three nights, each day we asked them to make up the room but the cleaner didn't change any of the bed sheets and the toilet mat. They just tidy up the bed and sweep the floor. And then the worst thing, we took the package with breakfast. We found some lizards first near the food arranging area in the pantry area. Yeaakk!! Where is the cleanliness!!! Then I stopped eating breakfast for the rest of the stay. The hotel looked clean and new. Actually, it's not. The staffs at the counter was very helpful, but not the staff at the pantry area. It

I had read bad reviews about this place but I imagine it was a long time ago and that they have worked on improving it. In my experience it is a very nice hotel, with incredibly friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping. Since my arrival the hotel smelled very good, my room was very clean, the pool is beautiful, very quiet, the necessary that I needed to work on my computer, they have a selection of craft beers at a very acceptable price, which is great For those who want to get away from local beers as was the case in my case, even when I checked out they let me enjoy the hotel facilities without any problem, thank you very much to the entire SeaBass Hotel team, keep it up, see you on my next one visit to Krabi

All friendly and bright staff,Laundry service is priced per unit;The pool access room was convenient because it was a duplex.Clean but very salty water swimming pool,Shower filter cannot be replaced,It would have been nice if 7-Eleven was closer, but it was disappointing that I had to walk more than 5 minutes.The restaurant right in front of the accommodation was surprisingly good. Other than that, the location is a bit ambiguous because you have to walk to get to it.

At the check out, they’ve told me I’ve lost/stolen a teaspoon because they couldn’t find the second one. The problem is that there was only one teaspoon in my room which I used to make one tea and never used it again. Normally I wouldn’t mind paying just for the sake of peace but I saw a review online saying that they had the same thing happening to them. I had to pay 70 baht for something I didn’t do, it’s a small amount but I think it’s extremely unreasonable. I don’t want to make any assumptions but it just seems like an ongoing scheme. I am really sad about that because it looked as if I’m a thief, if you are coming remember to record the room before check out, especially teaspoons. The bed sheets had holes which I also recored just in case. The stay was fine until the check out. Do not recommend.

A cute, cost-effective hotel well worth staying in. However, the breakfast is not very good, especiallyAs seen in previous reviews, it seems like additional costs are expected for various reasons. They provide 3 bottles of water a day using recycled glass bottles, but if you have any questions about hygiene and take the bottle out or break it, you will be charged 50 baht. 4 stars would be enough, but this is disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay at the seabass hotel, the check in process was great and rooms were nice with plenty sunlight.There was a bar and restaurant where you could get drinks and food as well as sweet treats.I will commend the staff on their great service, I had an injury on my foot from my tour during the day and they treated it for me using disinfectant - I will not forget their kindness :)

It is a nice hotel to relax in. Clean rooms, beautifully decorated, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, table, chairs, complete wardrobe, clean bathroom, clean rooms, quiet but not very wide. There is a swimming pool and delicious breakfast. There are quite a lot to choose from. Good service staff Parking in front of the hotel, not far to walk, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, food shopping markets, not far to walk, about 500 meters.

A relatively modern hotel with neatly furnished rooms. Unfortunately no safe.The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The pool is small but nice.The location is quite central, so you can quickly get to the center and the night market on foot.The breakfast is rich and tasty for the hotel category.Price/performance is absolutely top.

This hotel is quite far from the view points/tourist points. It is extremely quiet and beautiful in its own way. There are night markets which are the main attractions to me. Within 8-10 mins of walking distance the Krabi night market is there and there are loads of halal and non halal menus, sushi and drinks.The hotel stuffs were friendly and they helped us throughout the journey. We stated there for 2 days and had to leave our suitcases for our journey in Railey island, they kept those bags secured.Overall it was a great experience.
