Great stay, the place is heavenly, the room isn't absolutely clean, but way above average still! The staff is really smiling and alway happy to help. Every facility on the hotel is stunning, the pool has a nice view, and birds often come to drink in there. That adds to the experience, it's awesome.

I always make a reservation with the business itself in order for them not to pay commissions.The price they gave me at the counter was higher than the one given by an online booking agency. She didn't want to match it.So In total paid less, but the business paid more in commission... Their loss, I feel we could both get a better deal and leave third parties out of it

The location is very good, it is just upon reaching the port and very close to everything. The pool and facilities are very good, but the cleaning of the room was poor, especially in glass and screens. The service was friendly but nothing more. The indications for the water in the minibar were lacking and you didn't know if you could drink or not or if you had to pay...

The room condition was the worst..The smell from the septic tank in the bathroom and the air conditioner was really strong every day, and it continued even after changing rooms.It just seems like a chronic problem.The service was okay, but the location was on the east side.You have to get off on the west side and walk a while to reach the accommodation.I recommend paying a little more and going somewhere else.Oh, and the monkey came in and ate all the cookies. Haha, it's cute..

The hotel is located in east Railay, right in front of the pier, in August 2024 there were several areas under renovation but they did not represent any problem. The pool was clean and well-kept and some monkeys were stealing food but it is what it is.There is a smell of sewage all day. Both around the hotel and in some rooms, the smell was unbearable so we asked for a change. The bathroom, between evil and disaster. Really dirty, old faucets, yellow toilet bowl and the bathtub doesn't even make you want to get in.The room is quite correct, we had hot water, the air conditioning works well and the terrace was very good. Breakfast neither good nor bad, correct. The only bad thing was the coffee: undrinkableIt's been pretty disappointing overall. 🥲

Railay accommodation next to the pierIt is a convenient place to stay from Ao Nam Mao to Railay. Get on the boat and meet the hotel. You can check in and leave your luggage first (enter the room at 2 p.m.). The accommodation is good, clean, and has all the amenities. Can walk around easily.- From the accommodation, you can walk to go around.- The staff take care and provide good service, very cute. Everyone is ready to provide very good service.-Breakfast includes rice, soup, bread, salad, fruit, etc.Very worth the price of accommodation. If there is a chance to come stay again.
