Great hotel, the building is very nice, the room was very clean and spacious, good water temperature and pressure, and the elevator was convenient. Feminine hygiene product disposal bags in the bathroom is a great touch. Like other reviews have stated, the beds are extremely firm. The bright side is that I now know I do not want an extra firm mattress at home. Paying with card is also unavailable, there is an ATM at the 7/11 across the street, and the price for the room is cheap enough to make paying with cash a pretty small issue. Also it’s a little far from the shopping, but Bolt is cheap enough to get rides. Would recommend staying here.

The only good thing was the location!
The bed was really hard (you could barely sleep in it) and the room was not cleaned properly even after we asked them to do it again. There are better options !

There are 4-5 covered parking spots available on the street behind the hotel - about two minutes' walk.Overall, it's a satisfactory stay. However, the beds are notably firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.

Hotel in Krabi city center, a 7eleven nearby. We had a large room with a nice big bathroom. The staff welcomed us but did not speak enough English to understand other than the register related to check-in and check-out. We had booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a baby bed but when we got there, it wasn't the case. We had to change hotels.In addition, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The bed is hard. Opposite is 7-11. There is an elevator. The room is a decent size. Very bad lotus There is only limestone on the water, so there is little flow. Take a shower like you haven't taken a shower. Should do some cleaning.

Relatively clean hotel, well decorated and modern, however when you pay for a hotel room it's to sleep and that's the problem, the bed is as hard as a board of wood, so much so that I considered to sleep on the small sofa that furnishes the room.

The hardest bed I have ever slept in, the poorest breakfast they have ever served me, they tried to scam us by asking for the taxi number, charging us more to keep the money and give the money to the woman at the reception. We asked if they could please heat up dinner for us at the hotel since it was raining and we couldn't leave it and they told us that the microwave was “closed.” Without a doubt, I would not stay here again for one or two days. But if you like hard beds and don't have breakfast, it's great!

The room is clean, wide, good service, the location is good near 7-Eleven, but the mattress is a bit hard, causing a backache when sleeping. The amenities in the room are only drinking glasses. If there were a few plates and bowls, it would be good. The internet signal is not good at all.

One star for the location => relatively quiet and still quite centrally located.The second star for the staff - friendly, helpful and very nice.The rooms are functionally furnished.Points are deducted for:The bed doesn't work at all!We barely slept for three nights!The mattress didn't give in a millimeter under my 90kg weight.Hard is one thing - but it's really extremely uncomfortable!The "breakfast" consists of two different cookies and instant coffee, which you have to make yourself.There is no seating outside the hotel, except on the rather uncomfortable stone stairs.Cleanliness should be overlooked...Unfortunately, only one employee has good English skills.So all in all, not recommended!

If you don't value cleanliness and breakfast too much, you can stay here for a few nights. The mattresses resemble a board and there is still hair everywhere in the freshly cleaned room. The ladies at reception are very helpful and friendly, but they hardly speak any English, so a lot of things are done through a translator. The walk into town isn't far, which is a plus. Unfortunately you cannot book breakfast as an option.
