Not impressed from the first time I arrived The housekeeper speaks very curtly. Opening the room and entering, I was very shocked. The bed sheet had yellow stains. Peeling the pillow is wrinkled like it just went from a battle. The towels were hard and very rough, both black and yellow. The housekeeper said they used village tap water. Do not use chlorinated water. But when I turn on the water The water is not yellow or red enough to cause yellow stains on washed clothes. The room smells musty. I'm a person who really doesn't like the smell of towels. This smells really musty. There are stains and various stains. It looks like it hasn't been washed at all. After showering, just touch the cloth when your skin is wet. The smell will stick to your hands. When you wipe yourself, the smell will stick with you. I was about to burst into tears. It wasn't possible at all. It was just the cleanliness of the towels. It completely ruins the image of the hotel.***Please correct and improve this matter urgently. It really isn't. The smell of towels and bedding is very important.- Personally, I use this method of washing clothes. Makes the fabric odorless1. Put detergent into the detergent compartment.
