We really, really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, the hotel is very cozy, clean, but the most remarkable thing about it is the sincere atmosphere. Also, the Hotel is located in such a place that all the music and parties are far away, so, most importantly, we all had a great sleep!!! Nice, clean pool. In the morning you wake up, the birds are singing. We didn’t regret one bit that we were there for more than 10 days.

7 nights in this hotel which in terms of quality and price you won't find better. The staff is great.,The swimming pool is magnificent, the breakfast is very good and its perfect location, 10 minutes from the 2 beaches. On one side a very large market and on the other the town of August Nang. I recommend with your eyes closed. And in the evening no noise to relax.

First of all, we had a room whose connecting door to the next room, which was just a single, openly accessible construction site, could not be locked. This means that someone could have easily come into our room in our absence. It wasn't like that, but it could have been. In addition, this same construction site was loud and dusty. We then complained to booking com. They immediately became active, so the friendly staff immediately gave us another room. That was completely fine. The pool is nice and the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything. Overall, the facility is clearly showing its age, but it just seems to be getting bettervarious modernization activities to be carried out (hence the construction site in the next room). Price and performance are right. Definitely recommended if you don't have the highest demands.

I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! Entering the room feels like going to work. There is only one floor in the room, and there is a whole piece of floor-to-ceiling glass. There is a corridor 10 feet away from the door. It is not like a hotel. There is no one at the service counter at 8 o'clock in the evening. There is no hot water for showering.

The reception service is very friendly and polite.However, the rooms at least 104 do not have hot water in the shower and there are no plugs in the rooms.The walls are very thin and you can hear the sound from the adjoining rooms, from conversations to the alarm clock.On the other hand, on the interior balcony there is a fan in poor condition that sounds like a frog at all times, during the day you can't hear it but at night it seems like you have a frog in the bathroom.The mattresses are very hard.Regarding hygiene, very good, quality hygiene.

Been to the reception for ask a room, they told me the hotel is fully booked (made me laugh because on every website like booking, Agoda or airbnb it's still available), so I made a reservation and after that they don't me they don't have any water in the hotel, no shower, no swimming pool, what a joke for Thailand !Very patheticPeoples to the reception have to do another job if you take tourist for stupid people.I'm very not happy, so you get bad review.

The hotel scammed me!! Has been staying here many times, but last time they double charged me for the room. Room was paid by booking.com but staff asked me to pay by credit card as well. I have contacted the hotel several times but they does not answer!!

The resort already has something behind it. There is a pond in front of the hotel that nobody has cleaned for years, it looks like a frog pond.The rooms are great, large and spacious with a terrace. From which you can get to the pool, to breakfast and to the street. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it has already had something to do with it, so it happened that sometimes it was not able to turn on.The staff is nice.Location good. A few meters from the hotel a busy street with entertainment. Restaurants, bars, shops and the beach.
