Good hotel. They are in the process of renovation. Very well-kept common areas and super friendly and helpful hotel staff. We had a small problem with the reservation, since we confused the date and they gave us all kinds of support and help from reception to solve it. Since the reservation had been made through Agoda. The breakfast was good, although perhaps it could be a little better and the food in the restaurant was quite correct. In the rooms there were some elements that denote the passage of time, but nothing serious that would not make us enjoy the stay. Maybe the location is not the best. Since you have to walk to the beaches (the hotel's only has a pier) but walking is everything close by.

Room design is perfect for me with the best layout from toilet at the deepest in then connecting to shower, bath tub, sink to bed, hanging area and finally the pool.Best receptionist service so far from 4 stays I took in Krabi where he brought us to the room and introduced the facilities. We don't need to play around guessing the switches.

David and Sarah room 603. 23/08/2024-30/08/2024. Absolutely amazing resort that is located in the most convenient spot that allows you to walk to either the east or west side beaches in 10-15 mins. Only minutes away walk from the pier which allows you to access the ferry longboats either to AO Nang pier or for your full or half day excursions to the islands. The only small thing that i would recommend to the hotel is to consider a portering service for guests with luggage when they arrive or leave.Rooms were modern and clean. It had everything that you needed as was really important for us in making our stay relaxed and comfortable.The resort in general was beautiful, super clean and everything was accessible with ease.What made our Trip and stay so memorable was the attention to care and detail in looking after us.The staff were truly amazing and really friendly. Staff always made us feel super welcome. We really appreciated their hospitality.Big thank you to all the Bhu Nga Thani staff and team but also would like to especially mention the amazing service of Kimmy, Kitty, Ton, Rus, Free, Boy and Boss.We highly recommend the Bhu Nga Thani. 5 stars.

Gorgeous pool, large rooms and lovely staff. The beach disappears during high tide and is more of a mangrove bay, but sunset beach (west Railey) is only a short walk

Seriously exceeded all expectations. This is hands down the best hotel on Railey and one of the best in Thailand - the room, swimming pool and breakfast were the highlights. Location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Thank you so much for a great stay!

LOCATION -- Superb access! 1) This east beach has a pier (see picture, blue pier vs video by Railay Beach), there is no need to jump in the water to get to the hotel. 2) The hotel is just 2 minutes from the pier (See video). 3) We took the hotel airport transfer THB 1,600 for up to 6 persons. Pleasantly surprised by the tuk tuk that brought us from the vehicle alighting point, along the entire the pier, and next to the boat (See pier photos). Minimizes the walking. Hotel says that the tuk tuk will make multiple runs at the pier if there are too many people.It is a 10-15 minute walk to Railay Beach along shops and eateries (See last video)

There were a lot of clutter in the room, and it felt like a public toilet. It was placed in the far end room, and the surrounding area was very smelly, so the perfume smell in the room was very strong, too strong. I also booked three rooms for my friends, and they were placed in different rooms. Building. Three stars means the staff will greet you. If you can, book the legendary 999.Breakfast was pathetic, I would rather eat outside.

We lived in the hotel for 4 days. The general infrastructure is good and clean. Breakfast is poor, I expected more. The elegant room is large with an outdoor shower and a dressing room. But it’s in the shade and things don’t dry at all. I liked the deluxe accommodation more. But monkeys come to the balconies and rummage through things and can take away food if you left it on the balcony. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the main beach, it’s not too annoying. But next time I’ll take a hotel near the beach so that there’s a shower right after the sea.

After a small problem with the air conditioning in our room we were immediately moved to the pool villa. Dad staff are always helpful and polite and the breakfast is a 10/10!

guest room- It is a newer building compared to similar priced rooms nearby.- I like that the bathroom with a bathtub and sink, shower booth, and toilet are separate.- There is a veranda, and there is a bed on the veranda as well. It was useful for drying clothes, etc.- The air conditioner made a lot of noise, which was uncomfortable. I woke up several times and checked out the window to see if it was raining.service- Although we did not request a separate children's bed, they allowed us to use the sofa by decorating it as a bed.- We provided plenty of towels, water, etc.-The hair dryer didn't work, but it was replaced right away.- The staff were always friendly.- The breakfast menu was a bit monotonous, but it was nice to be able to order coffee.location- Neither Railay Beach nor Phra Nang Beach are close.- It's close to the ship docking facility, so you can save yourself the trouble of carrying luggage, and you don't have to get wet when getting on and off the ship.

Moldy smell, dirty and moldy tiles, not working A/C, stinky bed linen, booked for 4 nights but ran away after 2 nights. Not recommending this resort. Doesnt deserve 4star at all. Avoid it. Our kids sweating all night and breathe that moldy smell....

Very nice place, well located, although it needs some remodeling, we saw that they are renovating some sectors. They would also need to change details such as bedding, towels... the first day we were scared because we could hear music and they told us it was a pub, but it is live music from the hotel next door, until 10:30 p.m.
