Upon arrival at reception and seeing that we were two men with backpacks, they asked us if we wanted separate beds, to which we said yes and they changed our room number. At no time did we imagine that they would put us in an annex building and even though we had contracted superior room, they gave us a room where the TV was broken, the air conditioning worked terribly, next to the mosque that we already knew was there, but right next to our room and said annex building, the curtains and doors did not fit so From very early on there was light in the entire room, they only give you a card (no other card is valid) to have light in the room and when you removed it, not even the refrigerator worked, so we couldn't keep anything cold.

The rooms are disgusting and dirty. The walls are cracked. In addition to insects, there was a lizard in the room. We slept in our clothes, and it was disgusting in our underwear. We were accommodated on a Phi Phi excursion. If you are planning a hotel for your holiday, I highly recommend it.

I hope no one will be entitled to bunker rooms!!! What horror... I was so shocked that I paid extra to get another room that was somewhat decent but dilapidated. …

Love the Andaman but definitely the villa huts are the better option, it’s worth it to spend the extra.

Stayed one night… thank god!||Room awful, concrete grey gloss painted walls like a prison. Shower mouldy. There was a frosted window in the door where people could actually see in. View was of the electric station. No balcony. …

Hello, after 10 days spending in several hotels traveling the South Island we arrive in this hotel… big scam in this hotel… I advise you to move on… everything is rotten… the shower, the breakfast, the lighting, the furniture….all is rotten just profit nothing but that….I learned that it was a big group behind…pay 50 euros per night in addition….there is not even an adecoite price, you have to it closes….(there are three Andaman resorts, the good reviews on this page…most of them are people who left the wrong hotel to leave their review…)

Unluckily I must say that this was the worst hotel during my whole trip in Thailand. First of all, you shouldn't book a breakfast there. During my stay, on 20.06.2024 I saw a dead coacroach on the floor in the restaurant and many employees passed next to it, without cleaning it. I don't know whether only thinking about it made me sick, or was it really the food, however it wasn't tasty neither. Secondly during my stay the upper pool was closed and the one which was downstairs was actually super small (I mean the area with deeper water, unless 45 cm are enough for). Thirdly the bathroom in my room was extremely bad constructed, because there was an electric water heater with only one pipe, so the water was either totally cold or when you turned it on it was burning. Apart from this even the shower grip was loose, so I got hit with the shower head twice. Fourthly nobody said that there is a mosque directly next to the hotel (around 30m from the reception) and the last thing that you want is to be waken up by the imams singing at 5:43 am during your dream holiday. The only one thing which was nice in this hotel was the reception and basically that's it. If I knew all this stuff, I'd have definitely choosen another hotel, even if I'd have to pay more.

We stayed for two days, everything was cool, mosquitoes and these doors through which they fly, turn out the lights. Nothing helps against mosquitoes, not ointments, not fumigators! It seems like all the hotels on Phi Phi have the same problem. We took a bungalow.
