I stayed there before Corona and had good memories, so I stayed in November last year and came back 7 months later. The supplies in the room were not ready, and the bed pillow and blanket smelled of men's perfume and sweat, so it was very unpleasant. The person who cleaned the house was bad. It was okay as long as it was clean even though it was old, but I don't want to come here anymore. The smell of the bathroom drain on a rainy day gives me a headache. There are clumps of hair rolling around in the room and in the bathroom. There is no wifi. Breakfast is just toast bread and g7 coffee powder flavored coffee. , If you are satisfied with the fried egg, try it. There is Big C 5 minutes away. The fat lady at the check-in desk was very unfriendly. Every time I check in, I always frown and say something to the staff member next to me who checks me in. It's in Thai, but the atmosphere always makes me feel uncomfortable. They say this is a swimming pool.

I chose this place because I liked the swimming pool.The room condition was better than I expected.I think it's a good value for money place.What's disappointing is that the pool bartender was very unfriendly.I felt upset. There was no one, but the ingredientsThey gave it to me 20 minutes after it was made.(I think service training is needed!!)

Not even one star is worth itI stayed for two days, but on the day of check-in, the wifi did not work.On the second day, I washed up and got ready in the morning and was getting ready to go out when I heard a loud bang outside. I was startled because I thought it was a terrorist attack. However, there should have been an announcement or reassurance for the guests, but there was no such thing. I was so scared that I couldn't go outside and was shaking. . I had to travel on the second day without being able to prepare. I couldn't wash or put on makeup, and it was dark so I couldn't see, so I turned on the flashlight on my phone and got ready to go. There was no place to plug in. There were only two USB ports, damn it.However, as compensation for the damage, they tried to end it by giving a plate of fruit. That's right. Really.The breakfast is terrible and the swimming pool is dirty. They don't clean it. I don't want to come here again.When I asked them to compensate for the damage when I checked out, they told me they couldn't do it, and when I told them I would leave a bad review, they told me that it didn't matter.

It is badly maintained.The swimming pool was really dirty...the rooms were also dirty...Lots of mosquitoes.If it was repaired and clean, it wouldn't be a shame to pay twice as much.

If you take a picture of the address here when taking a taxi, you will be in trouble!!! (There is no entrance) You have to search again for ‘Centara Kumpaya Resort’ and put a picture there. That's the main gate
