Overall, I feel like it is well managed, and since it is April now, it is good for swimming from 15:00 until the evening, and working out at the gym is not complicated. Because it is co-working, the lobby is noisy and the air conditioner operation time is set at 10:00-12:00 and after 16:00. And there are a lot of Chinese people, they talk loudly on the phone and are always noisy. You can easily get to Thapae and Ninh Man Haemin by taking the free shuttle from Central Festival every day of the week. There is a washing machine on the first floor, but sometimes it doesn't work, so I recommend using the coin laundry next to Seven. The promotional laundry fee is 28B every Wednesday, and the regular laundry is 50B. And there is no need to use cash as payment is made by scanning at the food court on the 4th floor of Central Festival.

Very, very comfortable and satisfactory accommodation!I liked it!Except for a few villains!!!!Children talking like crazy at the swimming pool and parents not stopping them hahaChinese 30 Koreans 60% ~^^♥Accommodation rate is the same as for Koreans ~^^Westerners are quiet.I guess this is why I go to condos without Korean families.The lobby is also full because they encourage children to study!!!Please give me some rest after my trip haha.And the swimming pool is over 1 meter, so it is suitable for children.Parents who let them swim even though it is very dangerous ㅡㅡAnd the birds cry every morning 🐦... ... ㅡ.So far, the things I don't like are not good!!!!Good point .....Clean facility!7-Eleven right in frontCentral Festival is a short walk away!!!Easy to get food deliveredThere is a guard at the entrance so it is completely safe!!!Mundo Card Kira ensures double securityCondo system that allows you to throw away trash at any timeNeighbors who live a lot but rarely see each other!Appropriate price range for one month living!!!!I spend about 60 plus 140,000And it is cleaned every day.Shared spaces!!!!There is no condo like this for one month living!

I lived here for a week. In January, Deacondo Lin is shady and difficult to swim. I made a reservation to go swimming haha. It takes a little courage to swim in January. So 1:30? At around 2 o'clock, I went to the sign next door and swam for an hour. The reason is that when it's cold, they come out and end up on the hot stone floor.The staff are bright and friendly.And I booked on Airbnb.The view is not that of the pool, but I am satisfied with the room in pretty good condition. Before making a reservation, I was told I could go swimming at another complex, but the key card doesn't seem to work anywhere else.ㅡㅡ;; I'm still confused as to whether the staff opens it by wearing a swimsuit or if the key card is used.Central is also close.I haven't seen a single ant or a single wheel in this lodging.

Clean and secure, but...When checking out, cleaning fee is 500 baht and laundry fee is 500 baht.We charge 500 baht for air conditioner cleaning.I stayed there for about 20 days...🫠

Does not keep sound. People close the door and make loud noises. Every month there is a power cut, frequent power outages, and insufficient parking. I really want to move out!!!!

It's nice and clean, the swimming pool and gym are big, and the neighborhood itself is stylish and quiet.There was a large shopping mall nearby, so it was convenient to live in.A slight drawback is that you have to travel over 10 minutes by car to go from the old town to the new town, but other than this, I am quite satisfied.I think it would be nice to live here for several months.
