Check in should be improved a lot. Guests gave many opinions on this matter. Came to see myself and waited almost 1 hour. Before I could check in, the employee didn't come and inform me that I had to wait. You have to go and ask yourself.

Stayed at this hotel 17nights. Have a honeymoon room. Arrived with hotel transport 800thb. Not cheap but thats ok we arrived late. The staff are friendly ,greet us at the lobby. We get room which we wanted. On 5th floor with really nice view to the mountains ,jungle around ,swimming pool. We found prepared bed with the leaves of the Red roses. The room service doing their job well. Nothing bad to say.The things you need to know also:The staff speaks little english. We dont have problem ,but sometimes it can be.Restourant. Well breakfast is included but the food are almost the same always . No changes and not a big variety to choose from ,especially from meat. The sad things that there's no desserts. Just some fruit's which are also not the best taste you can find in krabi. When you buy lunch or dinner food its ok some prices are higher than in city but not so mutch.You can dring coctails at the swimming pool . The barmen its so nice guy! He s trying his best.So the pool also ok. But dont understand why they shutt down all the lights so early and its not allowed to swim 8-9pm. This should be changed i think. So in general its a good hotel to stay for really relaxing holidays. Not too mutch crowded,offers free transportation in their working hours to the beachline. We left the hotel 5o clock so they packed us some drinks and some breakfast to the boxes! That was so nice from their side.

First and last, stay here because the staff from the reception to the cleaners all make faces. It feels like he's the cleaner packing the rooms but the towels are just xsharing. If you ask him he says "just a moment" he has it for up to 5 hours. The child's breakfast spilled over and made his face ugly. Asian parents really don't recommend going to this hotel, we want to have fun but playing with the service is almost too lazy. The last day we asked for a late check out (extra fee aih) but the hbaq was full even though there was one empty. With the driver who sells the trip, we took the package like A, but just like visiting the pineapple fields, fish spa, we didn't even come back to find out he was gone.

As a recent guest at your hotel, I would like to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. It became apparent that there were not enough staff members at the reception desk, which caused significant delays and confusion during the check-in process. The staff appeared overwhelmed and were not able to answer inquiries efficiently.Additionally, when I asked for information, the response was often, "We'll check on that for you," but I never received any follow-up or resolution. This lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.If the number of staff could be increased and communication improved, it would help streamline the process and greatly enhance overall guest satisfaction.

When booking, inform details via the hotel's LINE line. Contacting staff is easy. Choosing rooms next to each other without having to say anything, very good ✨ Arriving at the hotel during heavy rain, the staff held an umbrella to open for me, which was cute. The staff at the front were also very cute, very attentive. Maybe I went during a time when there were a lot of customers, so I was a bit late. understand As for the room, the air conditioner is very cool. I like it. The room is beautiful. The room where the bathtub is placed is ok. It's wide. But the hanger is a little too small. The mountain view next to the hotel is good. Come fresh in the morning. As for breakfast, it's ok. Delicious. The staff are very caring. 💗 Reserve your accommodation during the monsoon season.🥹 So I got to play in the pool while it was raining and it was quiet. 😊 P.S. I don't know if the accommodation has a cuckoo or not. But it feels strange. But it's not very scary. Sleep well 😄 I really love Krabi. The provincial motto is Krabi is a nice place to live, the people are lovely. Not too real 💕

Accommodation without elevatorThere was something on the towel and I was told to pay 550 baht.If you hand wash it well, it will be faster, but it feels like you are being ripped off.So I said I would wash it and he did it, so I checked out and felt bad;;

The location is a bit disappointing, but since I have a rental car, it's quiet and that's actually an advantage. The rooms are clean, the facilities are good, and I feel bad spending this money. I highly recommend it. The room service pizza is delicious.

A very beautiful place to stay, affordable yet peaceful place..we loved the overall ambiance...we took a room with private pool. it bit far from beach, but they have free shuttle service ( till 5.30pm) you need to book 1hr prior to avail this service...Room was quite spacious and mattress was comfortable.

Simply Wonderful, the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. The rooms, the pool, the cleanliness, the location, everything perfect!We have stayed in 6 hotels throughout our trip to Thailand and this has been the best without a doubt. 10/10

Beautiful hotel, clean, very good food (very large selection) and drinks.My husband and I chose a room with a private pool, a great option 😊Very nice and friendly service. One of the employees - Jame, is very communicative, makes delicious drinks and is very nice to talk to.

Nice hotel. It is located a little far from the beach, but there is a bus (though only until 17:30) and it’s not that far on foot. The rooms are spacious, there is little furniture, essentially a bed, table and chair. There is no tea in the room, only coffee. Unfortunately, there are no slippers (cotton) either. Breakfast is the same every day, modest but the basics are there. Gym - treadmill, dumbbells. Two swimming pools, a gorgeous view from the roof... Price/quality.

We have been in Krabi for two weeks in two different hotels and the truth is that we really liked this one even though The Scene Cliff View Villas is excellent. We took a room with a private pool and it was very good, although the water was a little cold because the sun hardly touched it. The hotel has 2 other swimming pools and you will never find it full of people. In the large pool there is a bar and from 17:00 to 19:00 they have happy hour.The breakfast buffet from 7am to 10am with western and also Thai options is quite good, with a dining room with AC and another dining room terrace.The rooms are spacious and the cleaning and room service is good.They have parking for several vehicles.The hotel is a bit too far from Ao Nang beach although there is a minibus service which we did not use because we rented a car.Right in front there is a restaurant/restaurant school where you can eat very well, a 7 eleven 5 minutes walk away and a restaurant 10/12 minutes away that we really liked, A-One Restaurant.

We had a room with a private pool. Nice room and very clean.Two details bothered me:- the room doesn't have enough storage space. I like to empty my suitcase and put things in cupboards, but that's not possible here. If you just want to live out of a suitcase, no problem.- Due to the pool sound system with music, it is relatively loud all day long. If you're just looking for peace and quiet, this is the wrong place.But these are just small things. The breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly. We will come again.

Holidays ❘ FamilyMagnificent hotel, our suite with 2 bedrooms and small private swimming pool (unfortunately in the shade so a little cold) was magnificent and spacious, very clean and very functional. The hotel's two swimming pools are also very beautiful (pool towels are available in the room) with a really successful bar service (good cocktails). A shuttle service (free but by appointment 1 hour before) allows you to go to and from the beach until 5:30 p.m., after 5:30 p.m. it becomes chargeable. A really nice and beautiful hotel that we had fun staying in.Two small inconveniences nevertheless. 1st) 1 hour 15 minutes late at the reception of the room due to an air conditioning failure, this can happen but rather than simply making us wait 1 hour 15 minutes, offering us a drink while waiting would have been nice. 2nd: In the evening at the restaurant there was strong air conditioning inside and during the service the door remained open sometimes bringing in a strong wave of humid heat which fogged up the glasses and invited mosquitoes, the waitress understood my request but sometimes forgot to close this famous door. Damage.

Dear Infinity Aonang team. It is my second time staying at your beautiful place and I am so happy to be here. Your hotel rooms, facilities, pools, and most importantly people are worth 10 stars and I will be coming back here again and again. Your team is amazing, very professional, accommodating, helpful, just awesome because there are no better words to describe every employee we talk to from check in, to breakfast, awesome pool bar cocktail master in ground pool and top level six pool and everyone we come cross to. I am highly recommending this hotel but please leave one room for me agin because it’s just great and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Infinity team for making my holiday special . Until I see you again I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

stuff really not responsible and rude very bad english they dont know what gym is when i asked wheres gym ,no waiting area ,they sinply ignore you , we moved to another hotel that was so nice and cheaper and closer to beach so i recommend looking for something better,as this service is simply 3/10
