The room is wide, but the equipment inside looks old. and date of stay The hotel has repairs and renovations. The noise of equipment disturbs your rest during the morning. I have to wake up quickly to go out all day.

The air conditioned room is not cool because of the mattresses from that era. Stayed for 4 days and didn't come to clean at all. The sheets didn't come to be changed, the towels didn't come to change, the light bulbs were broken, the customer's room had to be cleaned as well. Overall, it's very bad since staying at the hotel. Came across this really bad hotel.

Very dirty room and bathroom. Staff were not helpful, polite or welcoming what so ever. The most we got was a smile when they handed over the room key.The whole building seemed to be under construction with banging and drilling early hours of the morning and what sounded like two dogs fighting just below us.There were ants all over the night stand. I don't mind ants and they are somewhat to be expected in Thailand but there were loads.The light above the bed also didnt work.Only good thing is that the room was spacious.

The hotel's responsibility is none at all. The customer forgot the item but initially contacted him and said he had found the item and would send it to him. But after being gone for a while, we contacted them to send the items to them. Said I couldn't find it //// Please reply further below. It's a deal with the employees. I said I'd send it to you, but the employee was quiet. So I kept in touch. Confused about throwing away customer items?

I'm booked for one night, No smile and No greeting, My room has one box that isn't cleaning yet, In their room it has two little bit drinking water bottles, WiFi is not bad for watching low quality. The rest room isn't cleaning yet. Have a lot of water on the floor. The bed isn't flexible when I wake up or take it down. When I wake up in the morning there is noise from outside.And 2005 Television is not bad for watching in 5 m. For me 1/5.

Our booking was cancelled because of a broken AC. They didn't inform us, we didn't get an email or call. They just turned us down when we arrived.... unacceptable

The hotel is located near the town center and bus terminal. There's a 7-11 near the hotel (about 5 minutes walk). A lot of shops, thai food stalls, spas, and laundry around as well. If you're planning to be near the beach and do island tours, it would be better to stay in Ao Nang. When we arrived, the first receptionist just looked at us and seemed surprised even though we had a booking from agoda. No smiles or greetings. I just showed her the booking confirmation on my phone, she called someone, then she gave us the key. When we asked about the island tours that they were offering, she couldn't answer us properly as she was not able to speak English much. The next day, we did laundry in the old coin washing machine at the back of the hotel. My partner asked the other receptionist if they had clothes hangers and she said no. My partner asked again if we could use the hanging rods at the back of the hotel and she just answered that she did not know. It felt difficult to communicate because of the language and they did not even put in any effort to try and communicate with us, no matter how friendly we tried to be.The room was spacious but very old. The bathroom was small and the drain smells so bad that the bathroom doors have to always be open. The air conditioning unit works well but makes weird noises.The price is low but even with that amount, there are better places to be.

A quiet place, but the furniture and the building are old, the drain was blocked so we took a slow shower, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the price is cheap so you shouldn't demand anything other than cleanliness and safety, I would go back no problem

In a word: mediocre. Furniture from 1980, Internet speeds from 2000, and televisions from 2005... could use a little touch up, but for the price it's not bad for a short stay...
