Really not a pleasant experience. Resort is behind a fertilizer warehouse, and needs to be serviced. Bathroom was moldy, towels were stained, and the sheets were yellow. Pros were that it was quiet and they had a newer looking AC unit. For the price you can definitely find better places.

I plan to stay two months but after few days the pool pomp broke and the management didn’t fix it right away and even the fix it after long time they never run the pomp enough to clean the pool so i decided to leave after one month can you imagine the keep my deposit they refused to give it back to meand the hotel not looks like the photos even the room and specially the sheets are so old the color goes to yellowThe hotel doesn’t have a microwave to warm up food even I asked them several times they just ignored

Room prices are very low. The service and room conditions are low and reasonable for the price. The bathroom is good, but it probably hasn't been washed in a long time. The toilet doesn't flush well. The towels were very good and in about the same condition as the bath towels. The air conditioner is cool and noisy, helping to sleep comfortably. The sheets were a little messy, like a menstrual floater. I slept very comfortably. There is no shower in the bathroom. The TV remote is broken.So I went to ask the staff to change rooms. Very good service, informed that the room was full. But the staff solved the problem very well by removing the shower from another room and replacing it and giving the remote control from another room. I understand very much.I give it 10 points. But it's full 100.I recommend staying at a nearby hotel.

Run away! We arrived and left!!!! The hotel is located in an artisanal area, no restaurant nearby, no breakfast! Not expensive of course. The reception is dirty and dirty. We arrived on time, the room was not ready. Waited 30min. I advise against.

We rented for one night and didn't stay. We are taken to a room without windows which smells of damp and mold. After reviewing our reservation, we explain that this is not what we reserved. To make a long story short we are asked to wait 3 hours, we refuse. We were moved to another room and found mouse droppings and we had a double bed instead of two single beds. We decide to leave.The hotel is located on a main road with nothing of interest around.The team was "cooperative" and always kind to us.No chairs around the pool, no umbrella. In short, it unfortunately doesn't look like the rooms are not clean and in no way resemble what they sell on the site.

Place needs touching up here and there no shower head in my room had to go to reception to get one the toilets in the reception Area were disgusting and the shower when head was replaced was poor

The hotel is located a little bit out out of krabi centre but it’s nice and quiet area. It will be perfect if you have own transport but you can rent a scooter or book a grab taxi it’s not a big deal. …

Hotel is nice at the price of 1500 INRBathroom was not very cleanThere is no place to eat around the hotel.GRAB works here.They allowed me late check-out of 6 hours thanks for that.

Very bad, once was enough and I wasn't impressed. The room was dirty, there was hair all over the room, the floor was rough like it hadn't been swept. The bathroom smells musty. The toilet flushes loudly all the time. The towels, blankets and mattresses are all stuffy.

We arrived at night, not enough lighting. Got the room, lack of maintenance. As you can see from the video. Even the water tap is falling apart. This is not about the room price, it is about no interest to make good of the place.They know how many are coming, however we have to ask for additional towels and pillows, two family rooms, all the same.I do wonder how they get more then one star, they got to make a lot of repair and improvement to the place.

It was the most unimpressive accommodation on this trip. Booked through Agoda, went to see the room, it smelled very musty, the air conditioner was not cool, so I asked to see the air filter with thick dust in both buildings. The first place was going to stay because I regretted the money I paid. But at that time it wasn't dark yet so I went looking for a new place to stay so I gave up the room. The lizard poop, the dust, the atmosphere around the overgrown grass and the dirty pool was unacceptable. But I would like to know how I received a subtitle award from the government that did not match the cover posted. Because I want to improve Losing the feelings of people who come to stay Willing to give up money to find a new place, Centra Ao Nang, 100 times better. Will stay on 10 April 2023.

The photos of the accommodation look a lot nicer than they actually are. It is definitely dirtier and less clean, but it is nevertheless not a bad hotel on the outskirts of Krabi for less than €8 per night per person.
