We stayed in the executive ocean view and jacuzzi ocean view room for 3 days and the stay was really amazing , super clean, close to the Ao nang beach . There was local travel agent available in the reception the whole day to help us with booking activities as well. The breakfast buffet was also a good spread We thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend this place

Very good looking rooms and friendly service. However, there are too many problems in the room. No tooth brush and tooth paste. Very bad quality shampoo and shower gel. Noisy and humid aircon. Water accumulation in bathroom. Very old hair dryer. Half covered balcony which can't be used in rainy weather. Generally, I won't recommend this resort.金玉其外，败絮其中

We woke up in our room covered in water, all of our clothes were wet, the bed was saturated, my hair was wet and there was a very strong smell of damp and mould. We told the manager who told us we were lying and moved us to another room which had the same issue of damp. We were told by the manager “what do you want to do just fly home?” And further accused of lying even though my partners clothes were completely soaked. We moved rooms for a third time and at this stage we were getting agitated that we had been accused of lying and no other compensation was given for sleeping in mouldy conditions. This ordeal lasted three days. We had to get all of our clothes professionally washed and dried as nothing would dry in our room. We visited other hotels in the area before deciding to book a flight out of Krabi as this experience ruined our whole holiday here. The other hotels in the area were a lot nicer and no damp issues or damp smell in any of the rooms. We paid upfront at the start of our stay for three weeks accommodation and little did we know even sleeping in MOULD didn’t warrant a full refund. What’s more shocking was the managers behaviour towards us. She ignored us for a full 24 hours and left us sitting in the lobby for 10 hours refusing to let us speak to the owner of the hotel. Without compensation we could not move hotels and we could not get a refund from anyone else but the manager so being ignored for days meant that our refund amount kept getting smaller and smaller as they only offered to refund us 5 out of 21 days. The manager also was going to make the STAFF pay us for a night in compensation which we obviously did not accept. My partner had to walk around the hotel for hours looking for the manager as we just needed a refund of any amount at this point and leave but we couldn’t leave until we got her signature and documentation. She ignored calls from booking.com, refused to talk to us and spoke in Thai to the owner of the hotel calling us liars amongst other things, which we understood and have translated the conversation. This is THE MOST unprofessionally run hotel I have ever visited in my life. We got a 5 day refund when the manager finally agreed to meet with us which in our opinion is not enough for the amount we paid and the level of disrespect we encountered. Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the manager. Please avoid here at all costs!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI recently stayed at this hotel with my partner and had an absolutely terrible experience due to severe damp and mould in our room. We found black mould on the pillows, and despite this, the manager accused us of lying and dismissed our concerns, claiming that our clothes were not damp as a result of the damp and mouldy room. We were moved twice and each room had the same issue. The images below are from the hotels “resolved alternative” the light fixtures were rusting in the rooms as a result of the damp conditions as well.When we tried to resolve the issues, the manager ignored us and even disregarded attempts by Booking.com to intervene. She spoke in Thai to her boss, alleging that we were verbally abusing her, which is entirely false. We were only seeking assistance for the horrible conditions.This has been the worst experience in our three months of travel, marked by gaslighting and abusive behavior from the management. I have images of the mould below and the conditions of the pool to top it off. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and please check your pillows and bedding in this hotel as it can lead to severe illness.

Dreadful experience here we checked into our first room and had to ask to change room due to the smell of damp and mould when we asked to change they sent someone to the room to spray air freshener - which did absolutely. After further complaints they offered us a downgrade which we took and the room was the exact same!! The bed sheets and pillows were damp and stunk ! Terrible experience with rude staff! AVOID

I don't recommend it at all. The room was not equipped as it should. I had to ask for the drip stuff, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper. The pool below was dirty and poorly maintained. It is only saved by the panoramic pool above. Respectful and friendly staff at all times.

Rooms are nice.. but lack in service, like kitchen closes by 8-9pm, and they don't give glasses in room to drink water.. only 2 cups for cofee which can be used as glass.Service is slow.Rest best in location nearby.. just go out of property and party either left or right.. on right it's beach and balcony , on left it's RCA. Also 100 meters from koko hostel for pub crawl..

The accommodation is a super well-located mountain resort, 5 minutes from the beach to get you to any beach or islands. The staff is great. The upstairs infinity pool makes it seem like you are isolated from everything!They canceled our flight and let us return to the same room until 1:00 p.m. and then we left everything at the hotel until our flight left.

Looks a very nice hotel. I did not stay here but could have breakfast here and use the pool. Very large and spacious hotel that has all the rooms off to the dudes and to the back. Tropical feel to it as well. Worth looking at if you want a peaceful spot. Close to town and also the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Krabi Tipa Resort!We stayed here for a week whilst in Ao Nang as a family of 5. Our room was upgraded to the executive suite as the family room we booked had an issue.The view we had was incredible, our rooms were spotless, modern and just lovely! The rooms are supplied with robes, slippers, umbrellas and toiletries.My grandma and cousin stayed in the deluxe twin room and they also throughly enjoyed their stay, the rooms were very clean and spacious!The resort is very hilly however they have a golf cart service which takes you to your room.The staff were amazing, really friendly & attentive. There was nothing that wasn't too much for them!Pros: infinity pool, staff, rooms, views, location.Cons: very hilly 😂Thank you so much to everyone at the Krabi Tipa 🙏

We had the best stay at a great location peaceful and enriched with greenery , add on is it has lot of shops outside for food , spa and local shopping. Ap Nang beach is at a walkable distance from there it’s 15 min long tail boat journey to Railay beach so it’s an Awsome point .Staffs are always greeting you with a smile and help you with all info about trips and nearby locations
