Fantastic stay at Thai House Beach! Service was fabulous they were so helpful with recommendations and the woman who owned it kindly let us borrow her microwave! Everyone was so friendly! Rooms need a little touch up like a bit of the door was missing around the bathroom handle but it’s a budget room so you get what you pay for! Location was close to some fantastic restaurants and 7/11! Thank you for having us :)

Friendly small complex with various bungalows.There are different price categories, we took the air-conditioned cabin and were satisfied.Simple standard but everything you need.There is a small restaurant on the beach with a perfect sunset view.Overall, the staff was attentive and the prices were reasonable.

We spent one night in a standard classic room.The room was a bit outdated but it was clean and had all facilities, included a nice little terrace/balcony.Personnel was very kind and the breakfast was very good (thai and continental cuisine).For us the hotel and the area (lamai beach) was too crowded.On the beach you have many adjacent resorts, and a noisy jet sky rental.The pool is quite small for all guests, and sunbeds are really crowded as well.For this reason we stayed only one night and moved to a more quiet area of the island.But for people who prefer a place with many restaurants, shops, cafes, beach activities etc this is a good place to stay.

Turtle beach bar is gorgeous, situated on a small point overlooking sandy beaches and the Andaman sea. Terric place to catch Lantas famed sunset from comfortable tables with a craft beer or a selection of excellent cocktails. Beautiful manicured plantings and trees nestle amongst the Thai House resort. The menu is very creative with Italian, fusion and vegetarian options. See attached photos.

We spent 3 nights at the Thaï House Beach resort, including 1 night in a room at 399 baths/night and the other 2 in a room at 699 baths/night.I do not recommend the rooms at 399 baths because they are poorly partitioned wooden cabins which allow insects and heat to enter through several openings. The single fan will not be enough to cool you down at night. The beds have mosquito nets, however unless the outside temperature does not exceed 25ºC you will not have a good night's sleep.However, the rooms at 699 baths (or 999 if there are more than 2 of you) are freshly renovated, well insulated, clean and have air conditioning.Both types of rooms have a fridge.The hotel provides soap, shampoo and bottles of water upon your arrival.At the end of the hotel near the beach is the turtle restaurant which is not part of the hotel. (A little more expensive than other restaurants on the island but delicious food)The hotel has direct access to Phra Ae Beach which is lined with various restaurants and bars.In summary, an excellent hotel on the beach, well located and with excellent value for money (provided you spend 399 baths on the room)

Really good value for money. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable, Anna have aircon. The staff is really nice and the owner amazing, she will do anything to help, and give you tips on where to go and eat, she will help arrange scooter rentals and transport. There is also a restaurant/ bar available next to the hotel, on the beach.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the elegant Thai decor that gave the room a unique and authentic feel. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that everything was always in perfect order.

Very nice owner and beach but 1. The prearranged driver never showed up at airport, 2. Beds in the family room were hard as a rock; we couldn’t sleep, 3. The A/C barely worked. Wish there was more space to hang out besides the beach and restaurant which is too expensive to go to all the time.

I highly can recommand the resort - Kim is such a kind and helpful host! I expand my stay there because I loved it. The rooms are clean and the Resort is calm and green and directly next to the beach. Its located at Long Beach, which is a great beach and in the area around you can find everything you need.Thank you Kim for everything - especially the privat favour you did for me!

I have just spent 9 nights at the beautiful Thai House Beach Resort… and I incline stayed longer . I stayed in a sea view Thai house … the bed was comfortable the house was lovely and full of orginal character and charm and Kim - the owner, and her team made me feel so welcome. As a first time solo traveller, Kim helped me find me feet and the location was perfect for accessing other parts of the island by hopping on and off cheap tuk tuks and all trips did pick up from resort. As well as chilling out with enjoying the views and amazing sunsets from my house or on the beach which was a few metres away it made for the perfect location. I would 100% recommend and am sure I will return. Thank you Kim and all your team ❤️

Group of 6 with 1 child 2nd Jan for 1 week. We had a fantastic stay at the Thai House Beach Resort.
