Wonderful experience with this villa. Though it is not in the flourish "Old Town" but we did appreciate the quietness and freshness there. The butler/manager/owner(?) Pen was magnificent and resourceful. From making reservations in Michelin star restaurant to teaching useful Thai language, she covered all. So great to have a great service she provided. Villa was perfect and comfortable. From indoor pool to breakfast service, we had a great time there. It is a "must choose" accommodation if you want to escape from crowd and traffic in Chiang Mai. It worths every penny you spent and even more satisfactory. Big Big thumb up

The stay was very pleasant. The staff are all very hospitable. Our kids enjoyed the pool especially in such heat. Breakfast is great…! They have an espresso machine for DIY coffee drinkers.

It was the best. I was able to relax very comfortably with my children. As a mother raising three sons, I was touched by the breakfast prepared according to my taste. I plan to visit again next time I go to Chiang Mai.

Amazed by the breakfast serviceYou can choose your breakfast option everyday and the time u wana hv itthe villa is super clean and the air conditoning is very goodThe location is 25mins from the old citybut there are ziplines and atv nearby just 10mins driving timeThere are also restaurants nearby within 10mins driving time.I will come back for sure!

Wonderful location just outside of Chiang Mai city. The perfect accomodations for large families of 7-10. The staff was extremely helpful and helped organize a fantastic trip from start to finish.

Luxurious accommodation, Pool Villa, very private, quiet, suitable for the whole family or a large group of friends. But if you have children coming, you have to be a little careful because the accommodations are decorated with expensive items. The service section is excellent. A lot of breakfast There is a chef who prepares it at home using good ingredients. It is very delicious. As for other meals, If we didn't buy it, prepare it. We can order Grab to deliver to your accommodation, very convenient.

The accommodation is a large house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, six air conditioners in every bedroom and living rooms both on the ground floor and upstairs. The bathroom has equipment. Full facilities, good materials used, there are two sinks in the upstairs master room. The pantry is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and microwave.Very suitable for a large family vacation. There are corners to relax and socialize both indoors and outdoors. It's shady and quiet. There's a swimming pool like every pool villa. Pre-order breakfast, quality and quantity available.

This Mae Rim Grace is a superb gem to stay if you ever travel to Chiang Mai. The villa is exceptionally furnished with teak wood furniture, artistic ornament, painting and display. The high ceiling in living room and the super long curtain make the whole house look very elegant and high class. The kitchen area also super big and come with all the kitchen accessories and kitchen ware.For room, we are big family of 6 adults and 2 kids and fit nicely in 3 bedroom. The bedroom is clean, the mattress and bedsheet are good quality and super comfy.For service, unbeatable~ every morning, the staff will come to our Villa prepare the breakfast on time and serve in nice setting and presentation. The quality of breakfast especially all kind of egg method cook by the staff can beat the 5 star hotel standard! The first day we have American breakfast, next day we have porridge (the broth is superb), then the following day we have stir fried noodle. All our 4 days breakfast in this Villa were super satisfying and we deeply appreciate their service.The swimming pool also very clean and well maintained. Every morning, got one uncle come to scoop out the leaves and clean the pool...it is every day rountine...thumb up!The staff, Tee also help us do the check in and arrange our daily breakfast menu, also very kind and professional.Highly highly recommend this villa!

Extremely Big and Clean Villa! We had a family trip in Chiang Mai. We stayed here for 4 nights. Their hospitality is very good. They had a professional crew who run the villa. They clean the room daily, cook you breakfast daily. Clean the pool daily. Greet you daily... Overall experience is very satisfying and comfort. Price also very fair, really valued for the money. The only downside is location is a bit away from town. There's nothing much within 2km radius. If you need shopping/food, you need to drive out. This Villa is located at Mae Rim district. If you rent a car, if you holidays with big family (>5 people), then this is definitely the place to stay.

Thanks for Mr Tee for everything. |Nice villas clean and beautiful. Good service and professional. I recommend it if you like natural places and if you looking for relaxing all the activities near by , also the area has nice restaurants and good cafes.
