Went to Villard123 and the hotel staff wouldn't let me in because I was not a guest!Could I have been a potential guest?Maybe...But do I want to now?Definitely NO!We just wanted to check if my mom was ok with the the hotel because she has a bad knee and couldn't climb steps.So we needed to know if the hotel had a ground floor room where my mom didn't have to climb too many stairs.But since the hotel staff didnt even let me step in the hotel, we were very shocked at the staff's arrogant behaviour!

Admin is cranky and has bad problem solving skills, we came for the nice dinner we booked the table outside and when it rain they don’t give us another acceptable table. Trust me do not ever come here.

Lovely accomodation. Great decoration.Located in peaceful area nearby with several flower garden and attched to Ping river.Food is very attractive, and tasty.Staffs are absolutely professional.

Accommodation: a three-story white English-style building next to the Ping River. There are 3 rooms in total. There is limited parking for those staying. The room is beautifully decorated and the furniture is used to match the location very well. I was pleased with the arrangement of both meals. It's really good in both taste and appearance. It shows the intention of the chef and the presenter who cares very well for the customers. / Reason for giving 4 Because I'm stuck on one thing. That is, the building is quite close to the road. Makes it easy for sound to come in It is recommended that you install a sound muffler at the window. To reduce noise at night it will be much better. On the day of our stay, there were cars driving past at night which were quite noisy. I came across a motorbike with loud pipes. I'd like to focus on the sound. Other than that, Enjoy Every thing 😊
